    On 9/27/24 I accidentally signed up for this service without realizing i consented to it. I quickly emailed them the same day and asked for the charge to be reversed. They did not respond for multiple days so i filed a dispute with credit card company. they called and did not leave a message but did not email me back. I had no way of calling them back without a message. This company took my money and did not provide a service. I called again today and they will not refund me or provide a service

    I was scheduled for a consultation on 11/22/2024. I tried twice to contact the office to reschedule the consultation, due to a family emergency. Their offices are closed Friday and I was unable to get through. I also called later that evening, no answer. Today I was contacted by this office stating there was a ***** no show fee, but for my trouble they would lower it to *****. I asked to speak to an office manager, who basically called me a liar. I asked for a call from the CEO, I haven't received a call yet. I am requesting a full refund, since services were not rendered.

    Owner of the business called me today, threatened me with filing a lawsuit against me for slander. Went back and forth as to how their medication is filled. Per the owner they pay for the medication based on what they think they will need. According to the owner since they had paid for my medication and I no showed my appointment, I could not receive a refund. When I did some digging I contacted **************** who stated that the medication was *****, per their customer services representative. But according the owner of this awful business, it was way more than that and she could not afford to refund me. She presents herself as a Christian lady, but is the devil in disguise.

    Just look elsewhere. The website promises orders on **** that you will need a doctor consult to get. Although the fine print is not visible. They will charge you and not reimburse you I never got my product. This place is a scum bag operation. *** owner and business. Horrible. Just go to New beginnings in *******. They are the real deal. Fast. Economical and amazing

    I purchased through ******* a package for Phentermine on line. I sent all information they requested which was a lot of hoops. I then get a message that I owe money because I filled out the wrong form. Also the vitals I sent from my doctor wasn't good enough. I have contacted them about it. They said they would have the CEO call with in 24 hours to discuss waiving the form fee. That did not happen. I then filed a dispute with my credit card who is holding the money. I was told today that they always win and then I will lose all my money and get nothing. Or I can pay even more money today and resolve it or ask my bank to release the dispute and still pay for the form fee and the dispute I filed. They said if by some small chance I win I will still have to pay them 6% for the inconvenience.

    I found the company on Groupon payed for their weight loss management program and products on June 10 and received confirmation from them via email on June 14. I went through the entire sign up process and when I was finally connected with my telehealth call, the physician informed me I was not eligible for the program. So I am owed a refund for products they would not ship to me. I owe them for the telehealth visit but should he refunded for the pills I didn't receive. I have been emailing and calling for two months and getting only an auto-reply response that they will get back to me. The last email was Aug 5 and the phone line has a voice recording asking you to leave a number for a return call

    Thank you for reaching out to Balanced Life on my behalf. The owner contacted me directly with a phone call. She apologized for the lack of communication and lack of response on the part of her team to help me resolve my issue. She explained  that the error occurred to due the manager in charge at the time of my refund request ended her employment before finishing the process of refunding me, but the notes that it was being taken care of were in the system. As a result, she is issiung me the full refund.  She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and lack of response.

    I accepted her apology and thank her for calling me. She said she would process my full refund today, Monday *****. I will give it the week for the refund to appear iappreciation.

    I will reply to this email when payment has been received.

    I never had my health consultation with a medical professional and my credit card was charged. The medicine was sent to my house without consulting me. I was on the road with no expectation of when I would be returning. It needed a signature and my sign wouldnt sign for it because he had no idea nor did I what it was. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and balanced life care charged me penalties for disputing it as well as not accepting the product. I did not authorize anyone to send anything to my house. Doesnt make. That I would do that if I was even home. I called and tried to remedy the situation with balanced life and they were rude. The woman told me it was none refundable. I never authorized to buy so how could I be charged? None of it makes sense. Poor business practices. It appears they are getting by with ripping off the hard working public.

    I completed a follow-up appointment for a medication refill on July 5 and have not received my refill. I have called and sent emails repeatedly but have not received any response. I am unable to get in touch with anyone who works there.

    The business owner has responded to me with an apology and provided my purchased product. Thank you for all your assistance in this matter. The business owner only responded after receiving contact from BBB.

    FRAUDULANT COMPANY,****, NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT PAID FOR. ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY AND FINALLY WAS SENT PRODUCT WHICH IS FAKE. I GOT A PRESCRIPTION FROM MY PHYSICIAN AND IT IS TOTALLLY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE SENT BY THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR REFUND MONEY. THIS IS MY LAST RESORT BEFORE I TAKE THE PRODUCT FOR ANALYSIS AND TAKE THE COMPANY TO COURT. I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THERE ARE MANY POSITIVE ONE AT THE ***** BUT HUNDREDS OF REVIEWS WARNING OF THE **** THAT ARE PUT AT THE END.     I found this business through Groupon looking for a telehealth option for phentermine as this would be a convenient service for me as I currently drive 1 1/2 hour for it. This business listed their deal on as $67.50 for consultation AND 4 weeks of phentermine medication if eligible I purchased the voucher and received a form VIA email to fill out, the form after basic patient information asks you to enter the voucher information and select which program you purchased, the only two options listed were semaglutide and terzipatide, neither in which I purchased, I emailed support and told them I filled out the form and the proper option was not available, I additionally was required to pay $30 more dollars for processing- which was listed on the Groupon as included I also opted in to purchasing a thermogenic cream. After multiple phone calls to them with no answer and no response to my email a week and a half later they contact me to review the order- the only thing I received prior to this call was inaccurately detailed receipt. On the call I informed the woman that due to the lack of response I went to my physical provider (my gut scam alarm was going off and I was due to refill my medication) and currently could not refill my prescription until after July 1st which was well within my bounds of the Groupon voucher that was not set to expire until September 2024. She then informed me they operate in different bounds and could still fill it now if I wanted to (which is a red flag being as this medication is considered a narcotic by the **** I informed her I would not like a refill until I was due but could set the appointment up for around that time. She then requested I pay $89 more dollars to correct the form- that did not have the correct option to select and $20 more dollars for the medication that I had not been approved from by a physician to receive yet. It is all very suspicious. I would just like a refund and for them to not do this to other patrons

    Purchased a third-party Groupon w company named Balanced Life Care Owner's name is Tramica based in ************************* for prescription weight loss medication which cost $341.00 upon which I signed an agreement to receive the medication. After signing the agreement and transaction through Groupon I was presented with disclosures stating that the company requires patients to visit their primary care doctor to consult with doctor about the medication and to have their vitals tested ie; blood pressure, and blood work before receiving medication. After consulting with my primary care doctor per their agreement about the weight loss medication, my doctor stated that she does not advise me to take this risky and harmful medication as I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and am 55 years old with heart conditions that run in my family. Per Balanced Life Care patients cannot have high blood pressure, high cholesterol nor have a history of heart conditions to receive medication. I disclosed all of this information from my primary doctor to the company and let them know what my primary care doctor stated. I then simply asked if I could get a refund because I was not a candidate per their requirement for the medication. I was reprimanded by the owner of the company who was hostile towards me when I told her my situation and stated that they do not give refunds even though I was never provided a service or product. I was so taken aback by the way I was treated by these so-called medical doctors that I went through my bank to dispute the charge after I was treated so poorly. The owner claimed she called me back to resolve the problem but by then I had already filed a bank dispute. I have since spoken to the owner who is now saying I relinquished and forfeited my money to them when I filed a dispute with ***** and refused to see my vitals and note from my doctor. I asked her if this was her way of solving the problem by stealing people's money.
