They sent me the wrong order. And when I contacted them they lied and said it was my mistake. It wasn't. Now when I attempted to request a refund their website wouldn't accept the order number they sent me. All I want to do is get my money back.Initial Complaint

I was lifted a purchase from the company and ended up going a different route with my handgun. Website and packaging claim risk and hassle free returns within ***************************************************************************************************************************** On 3 separate occasions and no one ever contacted me. I attempted contact on ********. It was after hours and I received a message telling me when to contact. Original order was placed on 12/28/24 for one of their dry fire systems. Payment was processed and would have expected updates during the process- i.e - processing, shipping, tracking # etc. But nothing. When I reached out after 2 weeks about my purchase I was told they were out of stock on what was advertised as being in stock. The offered a comparable product to which I agreed. Waited another week or so to get info- nothing! So I reached back out and was told they were out of stock on one of their components and was reassured that on Monday they would be back in the office and would ship it out. It is a week and half later and nothing- no info, no shipment, no delivery. The lack of communication is unacceptable especially after they have already processed the payment. Im getting the runaround thru email. Why they dont have a contact center where you can actually talk to someone has you wonder if this is a big scam- which is what it is feeling like.Customer Answer

I ordered Strikemans laser firearms training kit on 12-4-24. Did not like the product and initiated a return on 12-18-24. Well within the 45-day money back guarantee. They have received my item on Monday Dec 23rd. I have received no confirmation that my refund process has been started. They have no phone number to contact. I placed an order with this company on 12-13-24. $162.85 was deducted from my checking account on the same day. No email confirmation, no tracking number, no reply back to my 3. On 11/10/24 I ordered a strikeman system. After looking at their reviews, I contacted them on 11/11/24 to cancel the order. They only have an online form to get a hold of them. They never responded. On 11/18/24 I emailed them again and so far no response. I also have never received the item I ordered. I purchased a product from them. They advertise 45 day money back guarantee. Hassle free returns. They dont have a phone number to be contacted, its only through email. The same day I received the product at home, I opened the package and tried using the product. I wasnt satisfied and immediately began with their return process the same day (October 29, 2024) After I emailed and explained why I want to return the item I received an email saying they received my request for a refund. They will review it and let me know it will be approved or denied. Why would it be denied? Ive emailed them twice, its been over a week and I still havent heard from them.Initial Complaint

Strikman conducted a scam stealing $100 from me. Claiming to sell me a targeting system from their website and then 3 weeks later claiming it was lost. They had me file a claim with a fake company who refused to my claim for a never ending reason that not enough time has passed to file a claim until 30 days passed and I was not allowed to file a claim. This is a total scam and still conducted and ripping off consumers. I seek their whereabouts to initiate legal recourse for consumers abroad.
