      Deposit $10, April 10th 2021 9 more installments beginning May 10th, 2021 until January 04,2022. The first 8 installments were for a total of $125.29, and then the last installment on January 4th was for a total of $136.68. This is a vacationing company who switched our resort last minute. Upon switching this, they allowed for guests to request a FULL REFUND of the amount $1,149.00. I requested the full refund as the hotel change was not what I originally agreed to. They promised a FULL REFUND within 60 days, then pushed it to 90 and so on. I have reached out multiple times, as well as sent a hard copy email to their office in ****** which nobody ever came to pick up. It has been well over the allotted time in which they promised a refund, and I have followed up many times and have received no answer whatsoever. I am still waiting for this FULL REFUND, and would like my money back. Thank you.

      My husband and I bought tickets and attended a music event organized by Pollen Experiences in May 2022 in *****. Pollen used a third-party, ******, to make the event cashless. We had to transfer funds to a ****** account before the event, use this debit system during the event, and then we were promised that any unused funds >$25 would be refunded immediately after the concert.My husband and I both submitted our refund requests within days of the event conclusion. My funds were reimbursed in September 2022, but my husband's still have not been. We are waiting on getting refunded for his unused funds of $100. We noticed that Pollen went bankrupt in August 2022, and they have not responded to the numerous emails we have sent regarding my husband's refund. We are concerned that we will never be getting his refund from this company and were wondering if there was any way we could inquire about compensation.

      On 5/2/23 I booked a trip through pollen for a music event with hotel included. They removed monthly installments towars my purchase for 2 travelers. The total was $2838 and it was paid off by October. In November there was an email sent out cancelling the event and only automated general notifications sent out regarding my requests for refunds. The company travel trippr was responsible for withdrawl and does not respond to any emails either.

      Date of transaction: April 3rd I paid a $10 deposit to begin my payment plan( two weeks after 1 payment of $109.75 would be taken from my account for the next four months 4/24, 5/24, 6/24, and 7/24). This was for a ticket and travel package for Brownies and Lemonade: Lake Brownies and Lemonade, Pollen was the ticketing/travel company that they used. April 24th was the first payment that was taken. On May 22nd, I received an email stating "payment provider incorrectly processed a payment plan installment that was due at a later time." A full total of $329.25 was taken from my bank account that day instead of $109.75. I emailed the company multiple times asking for a refund and advised it was shady that they processed the full amount 2 days early. I received an automated message saying it would take up to 6 weeks for a representative to get back to me. On July 29, 2022 Brownies and Lemonade made an ********* post announcing the festival has been canceled. It took two weeks for Pollen to contact us (Aug. 14th) stating "We are working to secure your refunds within 30 days however our standard refund timelines can take up to 90 days."It's been 6 months and I still have yet to receive any info in regards to a refund from Pollen.Pollen uses Trippr to process payments. I've contacted Trippr and their support email is no longer in service. I've reached out to Brownies and Lemonade, and they stated to reach out to my bank.Reached out to Chip today (12/12/22) who had sent me emails in the past and received an automated response on what he had to say about the company (pollen). Email attached below.Amount paid: $449 What was suppose to be provided: A hotel package and a 3-day ticket to the festival The nature of the dispute is: Bank will not issue a refund since it is passed the timeframe. I wanted to wait the full 90 days in hopes that I wouldn't have to contact my bank. Pollen is not responding to their support email and their site no longer exists.       I purchased 2 tickets for a concert in March 2022. After about a week, Pollen cancelled the event and said everyone would get a refund within 90 days. It's been 8 MONTHS and I have not received a refund even after opening SEVERAL support tickets with them. They even stop replying to me. Doing some research I found many people have the same problem. Even worse, this is a practice they do all the time! I read other complaints of people saying they have the same problem for other events Pollen canceled.I would probably be looking at reaching out to lawyers to attempt to file a class action lawsuit.

      Transaction occurred 4/29/22 for all expense trip. Less than a month before trip Pollen states it is canceled. When contacted there is no response, nor cell number to contact. After researching this company, I have become aware that they usually do this and do not give refunds even after the ************************************************************************************* the future

      This is an entertainment company that frauds people. I paid almost $1000 for a getaway experience. First they postponed the dates, then they moved the event to a different destination, and now they are no where to be contacted. They have not refunded the money to many people and I have seen many articles of people having the same issue I am. I am looking to get my refund, and I have requested my full refund many times but they have not returned my money. I have sent several emails for many months, but have not had any luck on getting a reply. I also tried to get the money back through my bank but since the issue has been over 6 months ago, they cant help me much. On one of the latest automatic email they sent me, they also show a different address on outside of *******.       This is an entertainment company that frauds people. I paid almost $1000 for a getaway experience. First they postponed the dates, then they moved the event to a different destination, and now they are no where to be contacted. They have not refunded the money to many people and I have seen many articles of peoplw having the same issue I am.       I had purchased a ticket for an event and they canceled it and stated they would refund my money within 90 days. It has been beyond the 90 day **** and I have still not received a refund I have followed up multiple times without a proper response on the status of my refund.
