    I am a proponent of the program. I think it's well conceived, sensible and well structured. I had success losing weight. And I enjoyed my interactions with Dr. ****** and appreciated his practical and honest approach. However, the patient experience in the Henderson was absolutely terrible. The staff is uniformly unwelcoming, unfriendly and cold. I never reaceived a simple hello or smile any of the times I visited the office. Nor did they inquire how the week went, how the program was going for me, etc. The staff are clearly going through the motions and don't exhibit any inclination to deliver a good patient experience. It also seems there hasn't been any training or exposure to the basic principles of good customer service. Strangely, I did not receive any proactive research from the office in Henderson during my @three months of engaging with Media-Weightloss. It would seem like a patient friendly practice to check in with patients, see how they're doing, etc. The lack of any basic communication also added to the feeling of not being valued as a customer and the impersonal/uncaring vibe that was so palpable during my visits It's hard to feel about the experience despite the success of the program. If you are considering Medi-Weightloss I would highly recommend you using another office other than the one in Henderson
