    Placed my order online on April 24th in the amount of $241.14. Confirmation/Order # is ********  Product has still not delivered. I've reached out via email and phone multiple times. Received an emailed response on May 15th and said it would be another 2 weeks. Reached out multiple times since and no response. Phone number listed on site has now been disconnected. At this point, I just want my money back.

    3/8/24 I placed order ******* for a Weston #12 and was later told it was on backorder. I've not been able to get intouch with anyone from the website since late spring.

    On 3/24/24 I ordered an Alfa #12 Meat grinder/chopper attachment Model 12 SS CCA My credit card has been charged with no product shipped. One email was received when I inquired about the order saying it was being processed & on backorder. Also that the order could be cancelled. I have sent multiple emails since asking for a shipping date or to have the order cancelled with no response. The phone number does not work & the chat does not work. There seems to be no way to contact this company. I would like a refund but possibly they have gone out of business. Nothing indicates any problems on the website except the chat will not connect.

    Ordered product Order #******* Slicer blades for a bread slicer on April 20 2024. Called at the end of May and they said it would be another 3 weeks. Now there is no contact available. It’s like they’re out of business but their web site is still up. I think it was a scam.

    I ordered a Weston #12 meat grinder 12-2-23. 12-7 recieved an email from Brooke a support specialist stating item was out of stock. I was given 3 options, select a similar product for addtional cost, wait for restocking or get a refund as it had already been processed on card. I chose to wait as it seemed like a great price. On Feb. 1 I emailed them again and got a reply stating thanks for reaching out but item has yet to be restocked and they would let me know when it was. On July 2nd and 5th I sent emails to cancel with no reply and have repeatedly try to call them with no answer.

    On April 25, 2024 I purchased butcher's paper and dispenser from Meat Processing Products (order #******** for $74.98. Tracking since then indicates "processing". I've contacted them several times via email with no response. I've tried to call but it immediately disconnects. How can I recoup my money or receive the products?

    I ordered the Alfa International #12 Electric Power Base, 1 Hp, Model# APB-12 on 5/7/24 on my credit card for a total with shipping of $547.18 and have never received the product. I have left multiple voicemails, tried to do a live chat (it's not live) and finally emailed them on 5/17/24 stating that if they didn't get back to me by 5/20/24 I wanted to cancel the order since I needed the unit for processing orders. No response so I ordered and received the same unit from another supplier.

    I made an online purchase on May 8, 2024. I received email notification the my order was confirmed with an order # and product description. The order still says processing over a month later. I have attempted to email multiple times and phone calls and messages multiple times also. My credit card has been charged and still have not received my product or any form of communications back from the company

    Order #******* 1 product totaling $102.32 ORDER PLACED May 4th 2024 LAST UPDATE May 4th 2024 After waiting for one month, June 3, 2024, I have repeatedly tried to make contact with this company to cancel this order and be refunded the $102.32 I paid for a knife sharpener for a Hobart 1612 slicer. There has been no response at all. My last message was Thursday June 6, 2024 telling them that if I did not receive a response by Monday June 10, 2024 at 5PM I would file a complaint with the BBB. Today is Monday June 10, 2024 6:52PM. No response has been received yet. I am wanting my order canceled (I have waited long enough) and purchase price refunded. Thank you.

    On 3/10/24 I placed an order for 2 items meat processing products received 2378.33 from my bank account in April I called there customer service they said it would be shipped at the end of April or beginning of may I called in may there’s no customer service only a answering machine I left messages and emails thy have not answered yet there web site is up and running I would appreciate it if bbb of Nevada could help me find out what happened
