Last month, in the midst of our incredibly hot Vegas summer, our air conditioner went out. We called Bob’s Repair as they had done great work on our old unit in the past. Christian came out that same day and did several tech tests and explained that he could repair it, and that Bob’s also installs new air conditioner units if we were interested in that. Normally, we would wait until something is on its last breath before we replace it, but the extreme heat and Christian’s knowledgeable and no-pressure attitude inspired us to change our usual bent toward procrastination. The very next day, the team of Keith, Michael, and Lizandro installed the air conditioner despite the intense heat outside and in our attic. We are so grateful for this top notch company’s quick response to our problem, and the choices they offered us for the type of unit and the thermostat. Bob’s absolutely lived up to their 5-STAR reputation. After I had multiple companies come out and provide estimates to replace my AC units, Bob’s came in with the best overall value. Their 5 year labor warranty should tell you everything you need to know about how they stand behind their work. The entire process was straightforward, thoughtful and professional. Scheduling, walk through, estimate and service were all top tier. Matthew took the time to answer a million questions I had for him. He went out of his way to make sure all concerns were addressed. I want to thank Frank for also taking the time to reach out to me directly. I was very impressed with the level of personal touch. Bob’s ended up installing two Trane systems at my home, one 2ton and one 4ton. The crew that did the install were all very friendly, professional and completed the entire job in a single afternoon! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The new Trane units are so much quieter and run much more efficiently with the new thermostats Bob’s installed. I had a new HVAC system installed for my home in Paradise Hills. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quick time they installed the system. The old unit was roof mounted and required a crane to remove and to install the new one. The crew was very thorough and made quick work of clean up and making sure the system was operating properly. So glad I used Bob's and would highly recommend them for any AC or HVAC problems.
