    Consider that as neg one rating . Fraudulent agency listed on sites and get the credit card, charge the card and cancel the reservation with airlines immediately . I have been following up for 3 weeks to get the refund . No luck and some lame responses . Rick white with a thick indian accent was my contact . Don’t fall for this scam operation

    I purchased a ticket from them. The next day they called me because the price of the ticket has changed. I went along with it and paid the higher price. They charged my card and said they will contact me shortly with my ticket confirmation. They was a week ago. I keep calling and emailing to find out if they will ever send me the ticket but nobody is answering their phone or returning emails. I even used their webpage to send a message but no results. I will give them another day and I will have to ask my bank to dispute the charges. This is ridiculous and very frustrating.

    I booked a flight, received an email stating that the Booking Status was confirmed then a representative frantically called me informing me that the flight price has increased and they can no longer issue the flight at the cost in which I paid for it. I communicated how this lacked business morality, that flight prices change all the time and the price at which you paid for it is just that, the price you paid for it and cannot be retracted. In the end, the representative became louder and louder, eventually screaming, YOU ARE NOT CONFIRMED I WILL BE CANCELING YOUR FLIGHT. Very unprofessional, very unbecoming. I heard people in the background also talking on the phone, they run this company out of a garage. Go to a trusted website to book flights, do not waste your time or give your money/personal information to this company. I'm actually fearful that they have my credit card information and will do harm with it, I've never felt this about any company ever in my life. STAY AWAY

    ZERO FOR THIS SCAMMERS! They confirm your flight details after making the payment but the next day they will call saying the booking was failed due to the airlines failing it but if you want to proceed and still wants the time of departure and arrival or wanna keep the flight details, you need to pay 300$ more and that's how they do business and they will rip off their customers!

    WHY DOES **** REQUIRE A STAR TO POST??? AS MANY HAVE SAID ALREADY, IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! My boyfriend had his flight cancelled by Delta Airlines WHO EMAILED US 4 hours before the flight TO HIS BROTHERS WEDDING !!! ***** said that they gave the money $ 1,400 back to FLIGHT MOJO AND FLIGHT MOJO REFUSES TO GIVE IT BACK. THIS COMPANY IS BREAKING FEDERAL LAW AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! WE HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND NO ONE HAS BEEN HELPFUL!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

    Please stay away from this site! I travel a lot and when this site came up I thought I would try it as their prices were great. Booked a flight and then received an email followed up by a call that these seats were no longer available but for a mere $800 I could get seats in the main cabin. I declined and went back to looking. Tried several other flights on the site and received the same scenario. I took a photo of the Final price it said I would be paying.. but on the printout they had added over $500 in taxes and fees.!!! Then, the next morning my daughter received a call saying we had not cancelled and we owed $800. When she verified we did not book the flight, the agent whose name began with "K" told her she had to immediately pay the $30 cancellation fee. She refused. He then told her if I removed my review he would credit the $30.00. I had called my credit card company to make sure the charge had not gone through so this was also a scam. Someone at the same number then called her 3-4 more times that night but she refused to answer the call. Cindy

    Scam!! They sent me an email with booking confirmation for ***** tickets. I called ***** and the reservation does not exist. Flights Mojo representatives on the other hand keep calling me trying to sell me additional services while we have no tickets. They got the money, we got no tickets and lost a lot of time too!!!

    I book my flight on their website for _$459 dollars and like the other reviews said booking in progress then they call me that the rate I book it for wasn't available anymore that it wasn't going to be what I book it for that it was going to be over $600 dollars . I ask to talk to the supervisor and Denied to put me thru with him or her left me on hold for a long time and I keep insisting in talking to the supervisor and rep hang up on my call , so I am asking for them to honor the price I book it for. Not a way to do business.
