      I am filing a complaint with MyFlightSearch,com. I paid for a flight on January 9, 2024 and my flight was cancelled without notice on the 10 of January 2024. I have been trying to contact MyFlightSearch.com for a refund and with no help at all!! I have an email from MyFlightSearch,com stating I would receive my full refund and that hasn't happened. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service which resulted in No help!! **************** would put me on hold then my line would get disconnected. I would provide my number for a call but never received a call back. I requested to speak with a supervisor and that never happened!!I just want my refund back!!

      On January 4, 2024 I had to rebook an airline reservation. I was told that I would be refunded for my first reservation of $656.97. I was told it would take up to two billing periods. Multiple contact with the company and Ive still not received my refund. now its time I called the company I put on hold then the line goes dead. No one has tried to answer the question on when I will get my refund. I think the company is just trying to keep my money. I appreciate any help in this matter.

      I was promised this refund on APRIL 14 2023. and despite many follow up attempts by phone and email to find out the status of the refund over the year, Phone responses indicated it would be processed in the next 7- 10 days. I have not received anything. There was no responses to follow up emails. Their email dated April 14 2023:Dear *********************************,Thank you for choosing FlyIntrePid.com As per our conversation and as agreed, we have cancelled your booking number TRI429652,with no cancellation fee.We have submitted a refund request in the amount of $266.00 USD to be refunded back to your original form of payment. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement.Kind regards,Customer Service FlyIntrePid.com

      Dear ***/*****,I am writing this letter in regards to the booking made by me through your company, MyFlightSearch. My name is ***********************, and I booked the WestJet flight from ******* to ******** for April 11, 2023, with a booking reference number FSON276485, on March 12, 2023, at 09:28 PST. I had paid a total of $360.31 USD for the said booking.However, on April 10, 2023, I received an email informing me that my flight booking had been canceled. I was surprised to receive this email since I found out that the flight number 1347 had never been canceled, and many available seats were still vacant. To my dismay, I managed to book the exact same flight 1347 with WestJet, but at a higher price of $576.05 USD, with reservation code EBTGYU, ticket number 8382175846746.From my perspective, the cancellation of my booking appears to be a coordinated scam between MyFlightSearch and WestJet. The purpose of this scam was to charge me $215.74 USD more for exactly the same flight. In my opinion, there was no reason to cancel my booking since the flight had never been canceled.On April 10, 2023, I called MyFlightSearch and spoke to ******, requesting to speak with a manager, which never happened.Therefore, I am seeking a refund of $360.31 USD for the canceled booking and an additional $215.74 USD to compensate for the upcharge. Kindly note that I will file a case in small claims court if I do not receive a response within ten business days.Furthermore, I would like to inform you that I am considering sharing my story on all possible social media platforms to make the public aware of the scam being perpetrated by MyFlightSearch.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***********************.

      On 12/19/2023 I made a round trip reservation from ***************, ** to *********, ** on Alaska Airlines through MyFlightSearch.I was told by MyFlightSearch that if I made any changes to my reservation within 24 hours, the change would be at no cost (since they had collected $20.00 from me for this service). The following AM, my daughter looked at the reservation and told me I made a mistake. I immediately called MyFlightSearch (Booking Reference No.: FSON283167).I was told that if I paid them $178.00 I could make a change. Instead I cancelled with them and made another reservation through Expedia. [BTW: Alaska Airlines made a full refund to my **** card to me within 5 days.] My **** was charged the $59.99 (??) and I was told by MyFlightSearch that it would take 2 billing cycles for this to show up on my **** as a debit. Since my interaction with MyFlightSearch, I have called them about 7 times to see about my refund. Now they just hang up on me!!!This company is a complete scam. I have notified Alaska Airlines to discontinue using them in the future; it makes them look as if they're associated these "low-lifes"!

      I have booked a flight on **************** Airlines through My Flight Search, with Booking Number # FSON640595, on December 12, 2023, for $211.01. Unfortunately, they canceled the flight via text message on January 15, 2024.Since then, I have been attempting to obtain a refund from My Flight Search without success. Despite being informed by their representatives that my refund has been processed, I have yet to receive it. I have reached out to at least five representatives via email, and each time I am assured that my refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days or in a few days to my account.However, their customer service via email has been unresponsive since January 25.While they have not explicitly denied owing me the money, they have failed to fulfill their commitment to refund it. Any advice or assistance you can provide to help me obtain my refund would be greatly appreciated.

      We purchased two tickets in May of 2023 for a flight to ********* in September 2023. When I checked to see when *********** would be e-delivered, I discovered we wouldnt be getting any. I asked for a refund. I was told it would be sent in December of 2023. When we didnt receive it, they said a check would be mailed. To date we have not received any refund and they have stopped communicating with us. Our confirmation number with them is FSON895598

      On November 1, 2023, I purchased 2 airline tickets through MyFlightSearch. When I realized it was a ** site, I called within 10 minutes to cancel (cancellation is listed as free if done within 4 hours). I was told I would receive a full refund. On November 1, 2023 I received an email from ACE Travelers stating that I would receive a full detail. On December 30, 2023, I called and emailed ACE Travelers customer support to ask when I would receive my refund. I received an email saying my refund was processed and would be in my account within a few days, On January 5, ****, I called MyFlight Search (since i was the original booking site) hoping to get some support with my refund through their partner ACE Travelers. I was told that there had been technical issue and that I would be getting my refund within 5 days. I now realize this is a pattern, and I will not be refunded my money.

      I got a ticket from MyFlightSearch on 11/1/2022 reference number FSON684359 and when I went to airport on 11/23/22 with Cape Air they told me I had no ticket; luckily they had a cancellation! I had to pay for new ticket. I called and talked to ***** at MyFlightSeach at 345pm on 11/23/2023 and he said I would have a refune within **** days. I have NOT had any refund and have called many times and sometimes been hung up on! I called on 11/21/23 and was told by *** again that I needed refund and told him I would contact you if didnt get it. I checked today and still no check for $125.99. That is why I am contacting you. $125.99 is not the end of the world but this company obviously took my money and NEVER meant to fulfill obligation to give me a ticket! I have given my address for them since I dont even know where they are! Phone number is **************. Thank you!

      I purchased two plane tickets to ********* in January for an April flight. Two days before the flight they cancelled the flight. The cost of the tickets was #****.00. In an email correspondence they said they would reimburse me and it would take up to two billing cycles. It never happened. I still have all the credit card statements. When I contacted them again, and again, they kept telling me it would be in the next billing cycle. Nothing ever happened and I finally told them I was contacting you about this.
