      I purchased two plane tickets to ********* in January for an April flight. Two days before the flight they cancelled the flight. The cost of the tickets was #****.00. In an email correspondence they said they would reimburse me and it would take up to two billing cycles. It never happened. I still have all the credit card statements. When I contacted them again, and again, they kept telling me it would be in the next billing cycle. Nothing ever happened and I finally told them I was contacting you about this.

      ************************* booked a flight to ******* ** from ************ ** booking # FSON166526. At the time of booking ****** did not realize the flight had a 14-hour layover. Since ****** is Military her leave time is extremely limited. On May 19, 2023, around 19:30 ****** and I ***************************** contacted MyFlightSearch on a 3-way call to change Alycias flight to one with a lesser layover time if possible. We explained ******* situation to the MyFlightSearch Representative asking if there was anything that she could change due to her flight being at the basic level. We also had specifically made sure we explained to her that if *************************** current ticket could not be Fully Refunded, she will leave her original booking and deal with the 14-hour layover, it is better than losing the cost of the flight. The representative said she could make a one-time exception with full refund and no cancellation fee. I stated, that sounds great I just want to reiterate that if she does not get a Full Refund, we will leave the flight as is. The Representative said ****** would receive the Full Refund back to the original form of payment. The Representative also stated that she would rebook Alycias flight with a shortened layover and Main Cabin status in case any further changes would become necessary. The Representative also stated that she would follow up with an email confirming the no cancellation fee and Full Refund.It has been over 6 months since the Full Refund had been promised to ************************* by the original MyFlightSearch Representative. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue without success. I had been told the refund is in process. ************************* and I, *****************************, have been deceived numerous times over the past months. All we want for ****** is the Full Refund of $380.40 the original Representative promised from the beginning. ****** would not have cancelled and rebooked if the Full Refund was not a guarantee.

      I booked a flight on ******* through this outfit. When I made the purchase online, I had typed in www.westjet.com and this is the site I was taken too. Since **** of ******* going on strike, I thought perhaps they were outsourcing bookings, so I proceeded with the purchase. I received a 'Booking Receipt - Booking Number #FSON140972'. "and a ticket has been issued".I never received a ticket (e-ticket).My flight was for June 2nd, Flight ****, leaving *** @ 10a.m. On or about May 26th, I phoned them (could only leave msg. for call back) as I hadn't received an eticket yet. May 28th I received their email stating my "booking has been cancelled and amount had been refunded. The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks from now." Should have been BY July 19, 2023. I'm still waiting... May 30th they sent me another email stating "As per our conversation and as agreed, we have cancelled your booking number FSON140972, with no cancellation fee." There was NO conversation, & NO agreement in this regard!Ironically, my Son-in-law booked the flight through *******.ca since I didn't have the funds, and it was still on ******* Flight **** & departed *** at 10a.m. So this SAME flight was never cancelled, and MyFlightSearch never offered any explanation as to why my booking with them was cancelled in the first place. In my DIRECT contact with ****** at ******* ***************), she verified that the booking number FSON140972 is not connected to ******* AT ALL! In reporting to RCMP, they had another phone number for the fraudsters: **************, which, as of Nov. 14, 2023 neither this number of ************** "are not available from your calling area". My error must have been from typing *******.com when it should have been *******.ca, but as a low income senior, I REALLY NEED my refund!

      On March 20, 2023, I went to the MyFlightSearch.com website and booked a flight on *************** Airlines for April 9, 2023 from *********, **************** to ********* (***) **************** - booking number is FSON966642. I used my **** for payment and was charged $273.02 ** which was $385.51 ********, on my **** statement (transaction date March 20). However, MyFlightSearch did not book a seat on the airline and I did not receive any information that the transaction was cancelled. I had to book the flight from ********* ** to ********* ** on April 9 directly with *************** Airlines on the same morning, paying $344.69 ********. I contacted MyFlightSearch on April 10 to make sure that a refund would be made and received an email that day that it would be refunded within 1 to 2 billing cycles. Despite contacting the company many times by phone and email since April, I still have not received a refund and now it is November 17. In the beginning of November, I tried to phone them at ************** but now it doesn't work from my area code. I have also sent emails to ******************************************* I had one reply 3 months that the refund was in progress, but still nothing has been received.

      This is a copy of the email from My Flight Search that they will refund the money they took on March 20 and indicated that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles, but it is now 7 billing cycles and still no refund.

      Since your BBB office is in the same city as the company, can you call MyFlight Search and ask them why they are not responding and why they are taking so long to refund my money. They changed their phone so that I cannot call them from my area code.

      I purchased a plane ticket on Nov 30, 2022 through My Flight Search. I purchased cancellation insurance just in case ($50.00) on top of flight price. Upon receiving the itinerary i realized the dates would not work. I immediately cancelled and rebooked with them. I paid the second airfare ($917.58) and was given a refund number (FSON ******) for a $518.71 refund to be put back on my credit card for the first flight cancellation. They told me a few weeks and it would be credited to me. I have called them and called them and called them. They said many times that someone from the ***************** would call me back. That did not happen and has not happened yet. I went to my bank, *** of ******, and got records to prove that no such refund has been given. This cancellation is closing in on one year and i am absolutely tired of trying to chase this refund. I have wanted to quit many times but for some reason i can't. Is there anything you may be able to do to help me with this? ... *****

      This is **************************  Thank you or your efforts to contact these people.  I have been chasing them and running around in circles for one year now.  Upon request i can submit all my last years bank statements to show there has been no refund deposited into any of my bank accounts (purchased it through my ******

      Purchased air line tickets through myflightsearch.Com in March of 2023, I did not receive tickets before my flight so I called to cancel tickets and was told I would get full reimbursement have still yet to receive my refund

      On July 1st 2023 I cancelled my flight from ****** ,******* to ******* *******. My Flight Service said they would give me. Refund. It is now Oct 11 and no refund has been given. They have promised a refund in the next 10 days 4 times and nothing happened. I have phoned numerous times and as soon as I complain the line goes dead. They now have promised that their escalation team will phone in 24 hours. I do not have much hope. Why is this company still in business

      on 3/20/23 I purchased a plane ticket through this 3rd party for a flight to *******. I didn't realize at the time I was going thru a 3rd party, I thought I was booking a flight on Spirit. MyFlight billed my credit card, Capitol One, on 3/21/23 but then they cancelled my flight on 3/29/23. Spirit didn't cancel the flight -- MyFlight cancelled my reservation. I have a letter from them stating that I am due a refund of $244.58 but they never processed it. I have called many many times and I am told that they are processing it and to wait another 17 to 20 days or they told me they told capitol one to refund my money or they put me on hold and then hang up on me. I have contacted my credit card company and they told me that they have not been told to credit my account. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service **** and I only one received one reply that they told Capitol One to credit my account. I asked for a copy of the voucher they sent to cap one but they have ignored me. Cap one will no longer help me-they said too much time has passed.and I have to work it out with MyFlight. Please help me. I only want what is due to me. I am getting no where with MyFlight and I don't want others to experience the same problem that I have. Their phone is **************.

      I have looked this company up on ******** and several people have reported the same problem that *** had and they said that this is a scam. please continue to look into this organization, because as I said, they have done this to many many people and it is a scam
