      I booked two flights for X-XX-XX and cancelled them both on 08-04-21. My booking numbers are FSONXXXXXX $126.20 and FSONXXXXXX $179.40. I have correspondence from Myflightsearh.com stating that I will get a full refund with no cancellation fees. I have yet to receive my refund back to my credit card. When I call, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, I am told that I should be receiving it in a few more days.

      I booked a flight from ******, ME to Denver, CO on 4-29-2021 for departure on 8-3-2021. On 8-2-2021, my flight was cancelled by this company. I was told I would receive a refund for the ticket cost of $432.00 within 14 days. I called several times and was always told to continue waiting. I have never received my refund. (I purchased another plane ticket through another company.) They will not tell me when I will receive my refund and have been holding my money since 4-29-2021. The last customer service person I called, told me he cannot help me an disconnected the call. They are stealing my money. I paid $432.00 for a ticket they cancelled and they reps refuse to assist me.

      My flight booking reference No. is ********** for my flight Cincinnati to **************** For July 14th. I booked this flight on June 10th 2021 for $383.35 and never received a ticket so I called and canceled it on June 14th. I got an email that confirmed my ticket was canceled that day. I was told it would take 4-8 weeks for a refund. I again called on Aug 17th and they told me that I should hear from the refund team in 3-5 days max. I had called multiple times and can never get through. It says they are too busy call back later. I called again a week later and they said the refund team was not in yet to call back in 3 days that the refund team didn't get in until 9:30 am, it was 8:30 am, an hour early. I didn't know why I couldn't call back in one hour not 3 days. I have even sent them an email. It has now been over 10 weeks. I don't understand why this is so hard for them to get me my credit.

      march 28,2021 booked a flight from ********, Maine first class for 2 people at a price of $565.80 usd. Had made repeated attempts to get E ticket info. but was unable to secure this info. I was told that the E tickets would be issued 24-48 hrs prior to flight. I was finally contacted by them on June 15, 2021 to inform me that we had not been booked on that flight, and it would cost over a thousand dollars to rebook. They agreed to cancel, and issue a total refund, and that it would take 7-10 days to process the refund. after repeated calls and e-mails I have not received my credit as of today. Have copies of e-mails that document this issue. Thank you

      Flight for June 23, Booked on May, 17. Total 371.40 June 21, Received email that they tried to contact us numerous times (not at all true) regarding a change on the flight. Since they could not contact us they cancelled the flight and a refund will arrive in 14 days. June 22, Received email saying refund will be sent "at the earliest" but may take two billing cycles. August 2, customer service said in response to my inquiry. I need to "wait some time". August 13. customer service said in response to my inquiry. I need to "wait some time" Never answer the phone and the email template is same each time

      I purchased an airline ticket on April 23rd with MyFlightSearch.com for travel on August 19th and received a confirmation email and $220.60 was taken from my bank account. On Tuesday August 17th I received multiple calls telling me that my ticket was unconfirmed and to call them. No number was left. I called ****** Airlines who confirmed there was NO tickets booking my name for that date or any date. After MULTIPLE documented calls to the MyFlightSearch as well as ***************** (the number I was given for a "supervisor" contact) I keep getting placed on hold for long periods and no one responds. I have documented information of who I have spoke with each time as well as dates and I am getting no resolution to a refund on this "ticket".

      I purchased tickets from My flight search and after i put my credit card in they said I should receive my tickets in 5 minutes or 24 hours depending on the airlines. I have made phone calls at least 5 and I am being told wait 48 hours, i tell them I am going to call back in 48 hours if i don't get them and they tell me the same thing every time I call, I have emailed probably 5 times and they tell me they are in the quere and wait 48 hours, then if i don't get them call the number I have been calling for a month. In the last 3 days I have emailed 3 times and now i do not even get a response. I want a refund for 577.92. I have found another place to purchase the tickets and have received them already, I didn't want to get stuck without any tickets, so I just need my money back. Thank You
