    The business in question submitted a claim of debt to a credit bureau. The amount in question was not reported to me as mandated in the ****** Revised Statutes 118A.242. This despite having several ways to contact me including a forwarding address, email address and telephone number. This illegal adverse action has damaged my credit score. As notification was not provided in the manner mandated in the *** cited above, any amounts considered owed are null and void. The derogatory items needs to be removed from any entity to which it has been reported immediately.

    Due to the forwarding of the illegal "debt" to a collection agency, the credit of other people on the lease was adversely affected.  In order to rectify that situation, I paid the amount under protest in order to have those derogatory references removed. I am amending my complaint to demand reimbursement for the amounts paid plus my security deposit.

    I paid this company $465 for an application fee on October 13th 2022. Within a few days we were told the application was denied and a refund would be issued to the address that they had on file on 10/23/22. I contacted *** the office manager on 11/18/22 for an update. She assured me that a check was mailed and since I didnt get it she would reissued it. 12/12/22 still no check I emailed ***, she didnt reply until 12/16/22 stating she had another payment expedited. 12/20/22 emailed asking about the payment. 12/26/22 emailed asking about the payment. No replies! I have called the office days in a row to be told the person that handles this isnt in or busy. Now they are avoiding my calls. I just want my $465 back that was paid back in October. I have reached out to corporate no response. And now the office isnt accepting my calls either. Its 1/4/23 and I still dont have my money.

    To whom this may concern,I have been a tenant at St Lucia for almost 6 years and never had much problems until building management switched. I am reaching out about the excessive late fees and attorney fees I am being charged. Back in Sept I was waiting for CHAP assistance, at that time I reached out to ****** who informed me my remaining balance was $1945.03, she also informed me I would have to get a cashier check or pay in store. Which is very inconvenient but I understand since payments have been returned, unfortunately I have a bank that does not have a branch in NV. For me to make a payment I have to order online with an extra 20 fee attached to get delivered. Sept- After the Chap payment was received and **** payment was sent, I was still charged a late fee, even tho ******* did not charge for legal fees because she stated she w notate the account to avoid, however late fees still applied, which is unclear on how I can be responsible for a timely CHAP payment.For Oct and Nov, I still sent payment confirmation that dated for before the 6th, however I am still getting charged late and legal fees because the payment is not delivered before 6th, even tho I am sending payment confirmation prior, which the check date will confirm. Because my options are so limited to get payment to you guys, I am doing my best. I am unsure why I am being held accountable when payment is coming though mail, between check fees, late and legal fees it is costing me over a $100 each month just to submit payment, which is astronomical.I will forward all of me ******* prior messages and payment dates, I hope we can resolve this matter quickly.Appreciate your time!
