I pay 354 every week. When I go to use to the stove the pilot on the stove catches a small fire so I can't use it. The sockets wires are exposed and open on the a/c heater unit and that also catches small fires. I have 2 small children and the only warning they gave me upon moving it was " just keep the children away." Dakota brown came to My unit and issued me a violation for "feeding pigeons " and when I expressed to her my concern about the living situation she waved me off and said if I wanted to I could file a complaint with the front desk and walked away. I was told in December 2021 that if I paid 2 weeks that I would get a extra free rent day. I paid the two weeks and then the company sold to another company and thus I did not get the free extra rent day, They lied. Do not rent from these liars.Business response

I have turned this over to the better business bureau and the attorney general's office. I also will sue siegel suites in court for the $100 x 3 in court since it is not my fault they sold and I was promised the one day free and I has no intention of ever going to a siegel suites. 11/24/21, *********************************** I was former resident at the said location for approximately two weeks. The night of the 23 of November 2021 I was locked out of my apartment without warning, at the time it was late in the evening and no one was there to give me any explanation is to as why I had been locked out! For the next three days I attempted multiple times to contact the office to speak with someone never could so I left messages asking to have my phone call return but that to never happened. Finally on the fourth or fifth day I got threw with a phon call that was answered by a woman named Holly I believe, I proceeded to ask her why this had happened and requested the chance to retrieve my belongings , she then told me she didn't know what I was talking about and handed the phone.to the manager Chris. I again addressed the situation with Chris and he informed me that I could come get my things any time any day before 5pm. This was Friday the 26 of November! I told Chris due to my work schedule I wouldn't be able to make it till Saturday or Sunday. On Sunday the 28 I returned to the complex around 330 pm and was greeted by women in Holly where I then informed her my name my old apartment number and why I was there she told me that I was to speak to Chris who was not there it was off but Chris who lives on property came out to greet me he then called the maintenance man and informed the maintenance man to go get my belongings out of their stores closet he said there was a bag with my apartment number on there after the maintenance man brought one bag of clothing I then asked Chris where is the rest of my belongings where is my bedding my bathroom things my pots and pans my lights and a number of other of my belongings chris told me I don't know what you're talking about and if you have a problem with it call corporate. So I'm unsure if it was stolen or if it was thrown away but my money and other belongings are gone.Initial Complaint

I recently had a 6 month stay at Siegel Suites Sierra Vista. The unit above mine had major water leaks 5 times. I complained I reached out to management and also corporate. I paid rent on time and also left the unit in a better condition then I was given. I left without even taking my deposit back because it was a hassle to get back. I am now being charged a cleaning fee when the water damage in the unit was due to the above neighbors negligence as well as management.Business response

I've contacted y'all before my floor is getting pulled up due to being flooded with feces water and now it's black mold on the base my baby has been getting sick and I'm quite frankly not understanding what I have to do I've done everything I can possibly do and it's like things get done on everyone else's time it's very unprofessional this is the third time I've had to move my stuff out due to this issue I have pictures and everything to rest my caseBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/09/15) */ We are aware of the customers concern. Obviously there are two sides to every story and hers is one in which isnt 100% truthful. The customer originally didnt advise that there was a condensation leak from her Air Conditioner that caused where the mildew (Not Black Mold) she is referring to. Our team reacted the moment we were made aware of the issue. The tenant wasn't always cooperative in the beginning, which resulted in the delays she is speaking of. Every Issue has been rectified with the exception of applying the cove base as this was stalled because we needed to ensure the treatment for Mildew was complete prior to adhering the cove base to the spot in question. This customer has been visited by the property manager, the Regional Manager and even allowed them to purchase their child a meal while they waited the repairs that day. We take these matters very seriously and understand our obligation as landlords with respect to issues such as these. We do have a file with before and after pics along with documentation regarding our actions and that of the customer. It is our desire to please every tenant. Although you deem this matter closed, I feel it is important our side of the story is also documented.
