I ordered turbo chras on 12/26/24, their website says these are special order parts and can take up to 4 weeks lead time. I waited the 4 weeks before contacting them asking for a shipping number or and eta on when the parts will be finished. Its not been 7 weeks with no response. Ive tried calling them, direct messaging them on ******** and instagram again with no response, I need these parts to fix my car and its very frustrating waiting on a company that wont communicate with their paying customers on when theyre expensive parts will be shipped. I need to know when will the parts be done and when will they be shipped!Business Response

We appreciate you writing to us in regards to our customer. This was a "special order" as noted on our website and can take longer to acquire from our suppliers. It did take longer than expected as the Chinese New Years our supplier was closed for a month which set the deadline back. The customer did write in to our support a few times and was communicated with on an *** for shipping once we had the product come in. His order did ship and shows has been delivered. We appreciate the customers patience in waiting upon the delays from our supplier. If there is any further information needed please inform the customer they can email into our support again or message me directly *************************************************************** as I am the General Manager. Thank you again.

Purchased over $2,000 in parts from this company in march 2022. i have not received the parts. Little to no communication from seller. Left multiple voicemails and have not received a phone call back as of yet. Sent in several emails but have not been provided a time line for when i will receive the parts.Business Response

We are doing all we can to get another set of headers made for the client. We have emailed them updates as best we can. As are making sure this new set of 2.7t headers are properly made and fitment is correct. After further investigating this company, i have since learned that there are several complaints online filed against them. They fabricated the ups tracking number to further delay delivery of goods. After contacting ups, the goods were never present. PLEASE SHIP MY PRODUCT THAT I PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR OR PROVIDE REFUND. I ordered intakes for my ******* and was quoted 4-5 weeks. It's been 8 weeks and still nothing.Business Response

I am sorry we missed our initial deadline due to the revision we have done on these S8 intakes. If the customer would like a refund, we can refund the dealer the customer bought these from. The issue isn't the money. I need the parts I ordered to finish my car. No one else makes these parts. They where promised in 4-5 weeks and tomorrow, 6/14/2022, will be nine weeks. Their website still says 4-5 weeks for delivery. I feel they are purposefully deceiving customers about how long they will take to make and ship the intakes. After I filed this claim I discovered that many people are waiting to receive their intakes and some have been waiting since last year. An answer of we will refund your money doesn't help those of us waiting to finish building our cars. That happened because the product was supposed to be delivered several months ago. The only possible resolution to this complaint is to deliver the product I ordered.
