This company has repaired my fathers truck every time they fix something the issue worsens they have trapped my father into a loan for repairs that he has been paying back for almost two years now , my father is disabled and ill and is on a fixed income and feels that he has been taken advantage of , I have tried to reach out to the company in my fathers behave and the manager at this location told me to be quiet and let him talk he also proceeded to yell at me over the phone he then said quote what are you asking for what do you want that vehicle your father brought in to be worked on was a death trap anyway with that being said you took advantage of him and accepted the work if you knew it was not up to standards then you should have declined the work , they seen an opportunity to make a dollar and they took it !

I asked for a rebuilt engine to be ordered and installed. After nearly 90 days they did not have the engine in the shop. During a call complaining to the district manager, he verbally assaults me calling me some very choice terms. Held my Jeep hostage. The job was finally done but with terrible quality. The DM will not disclose the source of the rebuilt engine. Will not return my call.Additionally, the transmission was overfilled which caused the unit to overheat.

I just got a call from a mechanic at the shop. He cursed me out and said good luck getting a refund.

At this point, the work they did is faulty , the engine is giving me drivability issues and concerned that it is a bad motor. In addition to asking for the invoice of the engine I am asking for a refund on the engine so I can get this vehicle repaired properly.

On September 23rd, 2023 I took my Car to AA auto care #800 in *********, they did an inspection and determined that my timing belt had skipped and engine needed to be replaced.- I authorized the repair and paid ***** dollars. -Since the engine was replaced I took back my car because the engine they put on my car was bad this happened in October 2023, took them about 3-4 months to find another engine to replace it again.-on January 2024 I got my car back with a second engine, and the turbo intake houses were not plugged so my car was slow, took it back to fix it, once I received my car the now second time replaced engine failed because timing belt skipped again. -Took it back to have it repair, about another few months I got my car back this time my ** hose was cut in halfs and other hoses were not plugged properly, AA auto care replace the ** hose and plugged the rest of the hoses back, this time the car lasted about a month and broke down again -Took my car back to AA auto care and they diagnosed the car, after a few days they call me to tell me that the engine was overheated and that the inspector determined was no longer cover under warranty. Took my car back home and had 3 different mechanics inspect the car and they all coincide that my car engine timing belt skipped again without evidence of overheating - tried contacting regional manager to have my car repair again but would never respond -asked AA auto care location to provide pictures of the tags applied in the engine to detect overheating and have not gotten any response -I asked them to prove my car overheated but they have not provided any prove. - Im uploading a picture of my intake manifold that locks like a mini explosion occurred, that is what I showed other mechanics and they all said that the cause is that my timing belt skipped and created too much pressure causing one of the manifold airways to burst

My 2012 Mini ****** was taken to AA Auto on 10/08/23 after it broke down on the road. After AA Autos evaluation of the mechanical problem, I was told by ******, the manager, that I needed a full Val e job and that the entire top part of the motor was blown. $3800,00 and 2 wks to do job.I paid half that amount to ****** in good faith before any work was done. 4 weeks later, I was called and asked if Id pay remaining amount minus 300$ so the shop could get their end of month bonus. I came down and paid the rest and was told Id have my car in a week. In a week it was now all fuel injectors needed replacing, then 12 days later Im told its the computer failing and thats why the car isnt working right!! Its as if they keep making up excuses as they go along. My boyfriend has now gotten envolved *** they have told him that they r now replacing the whole motor and it will be two more weeks????? They have already had my car for over 8 wks! The costs Ive incurred on Ubers and paying friends for rides is a lot. I can occasionally use my moms car, not often. I have driven by on a dozen occasions *** the car is not even being worked on. Its not even inside the shop! I paid for repairs in full and I am being given the run around with excuse after excuse. I need to have my car repaired and running properly as promised in a timely manner. This timeline is unacceptable

Horrible place, horrible customer service. Took my car in for an oil change, used a coupon for full synthetic. A few days later I had to take my car to the dealership for an unrelated warranty issue. The dealership informed me that the car needed an oil change, that the oil was very dark and old. Weird, I tell them not to change the oil. I pick up the car, check the dipstick, sure enough the oil is black and smells like old used oil, and it has 30 miles on it since the oil change. I go to the store and confront them about this, they get defensive, aggressive and rude. One of the people in the front office decides to kick ** out after we ask for a refund, and after my wife asks him to stop calling her mam. He tried to physically push out the door. Absolutely horrible place.

On may10, 2023, ************* presented her 2016, ******* Elantra , ** plates; 639WXP to our garage located at ************************************************, requesting for a synthetic oil and filter change, (invoice #*****). Her vehicle was brought into the oil change bay, the oil was drained and the filter removed. A new oil filter was installed on the vehicle and filled with new synthetic oil, as per ***************** request. It appears that a few days later, ************* took her vehicle to the ******* dealership for unrelated warranty repairs, and after inspecting her vehicle, the dealership made a determination that the oil in the vehicle was old, and dark in color. Learning this ************* returned to our garage, was extremely disrespectful to the garage manager, employees and in front of our customers, making allegations that we did not replace the engine oil and filter on her vehicle. ************* was was out of line, utilizing profanity and ******* on the top of her voice that we had ripped her off. Since ************* was not able to calm down, she was instructed to vacate our garage. Mr.  **** was instructed by our Operations Manager to present his vehicle to our garage located at **************************************** for an inspection in regartds to ***************** issue. The inspection revealed ***************** vehicle was equipped with the oil filter that we stock at our garage, furthermore, this was shown to ************ which ************ acknowleged. The oil was drained and it was also shown to ************ that the oil drain plug was removed several days later to have the old oil drained. Again, new synthetic oil was filled in the vehicle, the inspections was completed, and the vehicle was returned to ************, who thanked us and left.

The dealership made a fatal error without sending a portion of the oil from ***************** vehicle to their forensic lab to support their claims. Further, if the dealership had taken the time to contact our garage, and communicated with our garage manager, this matter could have been resolved in a very timely and professional manner.

An in-house investigation was conducted in regards to this matter, it has been revealed that our garage did no wrong doing, and all allegations made by ************* are false allegations. As a valued customer, Mr and ***************** vehicle was re-inspected and again, the vehicle left our sister garage with new oil and filter with no extra chargers.
