I took my car into the Tire Works located at **** Silverado Ranch on 3/23 because it over heated. They claim to have fixed thermostats, housing, hoses, and a cap. I had to bring it back the next day. They said they "forgot to change the hose". Then I had to bring it back and they ran unnecessary diagnostics and ended up finding that the "thermostats and housing were bad". Finally they said they put new parts on and I had to take it back again. They said they forgot to replace a cap. All of which I paid $1461 for on the first visit. When I picked it up again it was blowing white smoke. After 3 days Dean the manager said "the head gasket was blown and I need a new engine ". He said "that the engine was fine when I brought it in, and they know that because they tested it". I do not believe they have been honest at all with their practices and I am asking for a refund. 3 times they admitted to me what happened with repairs I paid for was done wrong. Now I have to purchase a new car and I believe it's mostly their fault for being careless.

On 07/17/2021 I took my vehicle in for inspection/repairs due to a fluid leak that was noticed during an oil change performed on 07/09/2021, time when the assistant manager Jerry advised to take care of as soon as possible I Paid $573.21 for the repairs utilizing their credit account issued to me the same of the repair. They were to repair a fluid leak my vehicle has and I was charged for, meaning that the repairs were completed. The nature of the dispiute is that the shop did not made any repairs trying to stop the fluid leak since is still present. On the charges show on their statement they aledgedly made repairs to the cooling systm. There was no reason to do that other than to charge me a large amount of money. During our conversations he aknoledge my vehicle has a fluid leak but on the statement show repairs not requested. I have made the attempt to contact the shop manager, person that took my car in, but with no results. Made the attempt to communicate with the corprate office but the address provided does not exist; I did sent them a registred USPS letter but was returned. I thank you for handling my complaint. The fact that Tire Work Total Care is not responding denotes that the facts stated in my complaint are veridic. Are there any suggestions on how to proceed with this matter?
Sadly, they do not even bother to respond to BBB after fraudulently using the name stating to be credited, and customers like me are falling for it.
I want to follow it up, but I am not sure what agency I should present my complaint--asking this because after a review online, I found a few ways to follow.
I thank you for your time and assistance.

On 11/04/2021 I inquired with this business about replacing one tire on my vehicle. I also inquired about other services and about their financing program. The service manager did a quick walk around my vehicle and immediately started upselling me on tires and other services they offered. He then took me back to the counter and coincidentally "just sold the last set" of the cheaper model he sold me a couple months ago. Made no offer or attempt to look for the model I asked for and strongly recommended I take a different more expensive model but said not to worry as he would "give me a good deal". When inquiring about servicing my shocks and struts, any inquires I made about going with a cheaper part or servicing only the damaged components were met with the same strong recommendation I take the more expensive option/parts, as the more inexpensive options/repairs would somehow fail or, in the case of asking about servicing my transmission, cause more damage and require extensive repairs. I agreed to his suggested repairs, and was told the estimate for the two tires, a full alignment and replacement of the shock and strut systems would be over $2400 but he could knock the price of the tires down and came to an adjusted total of approximately $2200. He then sped through the financing portion with little to no mention of the terms of the financing, not to mention that I think he may have falsified my income information, and the next day after already starting work, called and said the price was going up as he had misquoted the tire price and availability again. I then waited over an hour after I had already paid for the work to be completed when I was told it was done before I arrived for pickup, and upon review for the receipts I now see that he charged me almost double the price for the parts as referenced with the part number on the receipt and cross referenced using the manufacturers website. I have filed a dispute with the creditor and may be seeking an attorney.

On 10/16/2021 I took my car to Tireworks to get new tires. My original appointment was supposed to be for 10/29/2021. The manager called the next day His name is Angel and wanted to see if we can come in earlier than my original appointment. I told him we have a really weird schedule but I can make some changes and come in anyway. We drop off the car around 10Am after couple of hours he calls me and said I need to get the leak fix and some other work on it. I said fine as long everything is fix. Leaks, new tires, brakes, etc. now my bill came up to $3000. We was fine with that because we know that the car needed fix. Sunday morning going to the store we realize something is leaking and that the break was squealing and weird noise coming from the car. So we called them back and told me to bring the car back so they can look at it. Wednesday 10/20/21 another manager look at it and said the gasket need replaced and its leaking. So they charge us another $200 to get it fix. Now its Saturday 10/23/2021 we seen another leak and the tire got worsen. I called Angel the manager and brought the car back to them to look at it again. Just to tell me that they need to put the emergency break back on because its metal to metal thats why is loud. He never said anything to me about taking the emergency break off. Now his charging me another $600 to put it back on. When I never told them to take them off from the beginning. Why would you take them off when you know its gonna be a problem. Honesty is all I'm asking from Angel and not try to scam me. Now I have to spent more money that I don't have to fix my car. and more damage that Angel cost me. Its not fair how he treated me over the phone. very unprofessional and rude. I ask him for the old parts for my car and said I threw them out. I have to go I got people here. Which I understand about the business. But Im a costumer too and needed answer to what happen to my car.

on September 27th, I brought my car into the store to have my brakes fixed. On October 2nd, I had to return the store as my car was shaking when the brakes were applied. the manager informed me that it was not the brakes, that it was the wheel bearing and they could fix it for $734. I decided to take the car to another shop to look at the car. On October 5th, the other shop informed me that it was indeed the rotor on the car and not the wheel bearing. Tire works not only lied about the current condition of my car, they committed fraud in also attempting to have me pay for work which was not necessary for their financial gain

On 05/02/2021 I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation for tires that I purchased at the **** W. Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV location. I was treated extremely rude by Store Manager Kenan H***** who told me that,"he had no record of my appointment and it would be a while." I gave him the name of the employee that booked my appointment ( I can't remember his name from back in May) and he told me,"we are like a doctor's office you will just have to wait." I didn't appreciate this and I asked him for his manager's name and he refused to provide it to me. He then asked me to leave the store. I went home and contacted the Tire Works District office to complain and they never returned my call. I then went to a location at **** W. Sahara Ave where my oil was hurriedly changed resulting in a leak and my tires were not rotated. Now this morning I had another appointment and again they refused to change my oil and rotate my tires even after I showed pics of my previous experience

On June 11th I took my car in for a oil change. I hadn't had any problems before oil change. 4 hours after getting my car back it breaks down on the highway. I called tire works and told them what happened, they advised me to bring car back to them so that they could look at it. After looking at it they told me I needed $1500 worth of work. My car is my business so I paid the $1500. After paying for the services I got my car and it continued to do the same thing. I took the car back again. They kept my car for two more weeks saying they had to find a wire short somewhere. They never found a wire short. Frustrated, I got my car and took it to a dealer to see what was wrong. The dealer informed me that the same codes came up that I paid $1500 to have fixed. I took the car back to tire works and they said everything was fixed and they didn't know what the problem was. I have spent 1000's on rental cars trying to work while my car was down. This is unacceptable!
