  DO NOT GO HERE! SHE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN! Crystal, the owner was running a special around St. Patrick's Day for 5 hyaluron pen sessions for $100. I have one myself, but thought oh that's a great deal so I bought it to use whenever. Fast forward to last week, I went for my first session. Her pen is different than mine so I didn't think anything of it when I didn't feel the popping sensation like a rubber band hitting your lips. I also didn't bleed at all and had no filler lumps which is common to have for the first week after you get it done because it has to settle. Well, this time I realized something was up so I asked if I could take a video to show a friend how it works. She hesitated at first, then agreed. The ampoule was EMPTY meaning NO FILLER was even in it. She was shooting NOTHING into my lips. I also never saw or heard her pressurize the pen which you have to do in order for it to work correctly. She knows that I'm well aware of how this pen works since I have one and do my own lips. I waited until I got to the car and watched the video to confirm before I went back in and confronted her. The black plunger never moved in the EMPTY ampoule! I have VIDEO PROOF! She's a CON ARTIST AND A FRAUD! An older gentleman was sitting in the waiting area and overheard all of it, as well as people working in the salon that helped me locate her after going back inside. She will be reported to the health department and the city. She needs to be shutdown! It's very unsanitary and extremely dangerous for someone to reuse those ampoules and she has gotten away with it until now. It took someone familiar with this pen to FIND OUT THE TRUTH! Taking people's money and having them leave knowing you're not doing the service they paid for. Absolutely DISGUSTING! I'M MORTIFIED. Steer clear of her unless you want to waste your money and end up getting a disease or infection!

  After going through with a snobby customer service person , and talking back and forth to them I did feel it was a scam but they convinced me and I paid $200 on April 15th,2023., as they wanted get paid right away - I received just a few hours before my appointment that the tech has family emergency!! It was not a call and it’s a Google phone number !!!! I already went through a month trying to schedule so I asked for refund!! They tech called screamed in my ear and hung up threatening me !! She did say she will refund !! Now when I am trying to get an answer when will I get my money back $200, they are refund my messages on Facebook inbox but not replying at all !! They are not even with the name name the ivy beauty bar on Facebook plus they use a Google phone to call and text !! At this point I have no choice but to file with fedral trade commission (FTC) and better business bureau !!
