    Have you lost a lot and above more while trading on bitcoin, Forex trade, scam romance and Binary Option? Have you tried getting your money back or out from your account and were unable to place a withdrawal?     I purchased gold and silver coins from this company in 2019. I went to a gold and silver dealer to cash in one gold coin and was told that it was fake. They put a magnet to the coin and it adhered to the coin. If it were real gold, it would not have stuck. I bought three gold coins at $1,735.00 each and 10 silver coins at ***** each. I then checked the other coins and they are all fake. I contacted the owner (****) and he told me he would refund my money or replace the coins. He said "the previous owners must have done it." When I told him I wanted a refund and asked how he would reimburse me, he then ghosted me. I have tried to contact him around 20 times and he is now ignoring me. I would like help to resolve this issue as I really need the money at this time.

    I placed an order for 3 bags of US Coins on July 19 2022 from this company. The order # was *****. As of this date i have not received my merchandise. They sent an email stating that the order was confirmed. As of this date i have received no other contact from them. I have tried to call them and only get a busy signal or a voice mail. I have left numerous voice mails and emails with no response.

    I purchased a U. S. Coins and Currency Premium Crate for $184.99 on 6/28/22 from Coin Trader. It included 65+ items of older U.S. coins, paper money, mint and proof sets, plus other various collector items. One Tier 3 collectable, One Tier 4 collectible, three different denominations of older U.S. paper money, Five U.S. Silver coins and bullion, Two complete U.S. mint or proof set in various denominations. One 50 year old (or earlier) coin featuring an iconic president. I purchased this premium crate on 6/28/22 and have not received it yet. I received an email with an order number and tracking number. I have emailed the company numerous times and at first Jhon responded to my emails stating that the premium crate would be shipped out the first week of September. I still have not received the promised product. I asked for a refund after a couple months and again I was informed that the product would be shipped out immediately. The company has stopped responding to my emails and I still have not received the product.Order #***** and the tracking # is **********************. I will attach pictures of purchase date, tracking info, and list of items included in package. Thank you,***************************************

    I purchased 2 gold bars from coin trader online back on 9/27/2022 (Order#*****) at a cost of $3,998.18 USD. They sent me a conformation email with the statement below:Please note - Due to recent increases in demand we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date, but we are doing our best to try and ship orders out within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Please allow at least **** business days (1-2 weeks) for your order to arrive.I started asking where my order was 14 days after receiving the conformation email. At first they responded and said due to supply issues it would be delayed 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and not getting tracking information I requested another update. I got a generic email saying they were sorry, but it ready and was would be going out next week. After another week I tried again to request an update, they sent me the same generic email and said it was still delayed and would be going out the first week in September. At that time I started asking that if they didn't have my product to please just refund my money. This emailing back and forth went on for a few more weeks, each time with me requesting that they refund my money and them ignoring my request and saying they are doing their best to get the orders out. After a few more weeks and emails they stopped responding completely. Since they went dark I have emailed, ******** messaged, and emailed again with a flat out request for my refund. I even told them that if they didn't respond I may have to look into legal actions. Still no response. I have emailed and messaged them again this week with my request for my refund since they obviously don't have the product to sell. But still no response. I am asking that you look into this company and my order to help me find a resolution, it was a big decision for me to invest so much money, and it's crazy that I still don't have my product, or my money back after specifically asking for a refund 4 times in 4 separate emails.
