I had a very disappointing experience with Anderson Business Advisors. During my initial consultation with Al *******, I told him that one of the main reasons that I was considering switching CPA firms and evaluating Anderson was because my current CPA was not responsive. I signed up and paid $2,000 for the Tax Saver Pro and was told that it would take about a week to get the results from evaluating my current tax situation. I waited for over a month and I reached out to Anderson to get the results from my consolation. They completely dropped the ball and I don't know how long it would have been if I had not reached out to them to see the status of my consult. This is exactly the kind of service that I had with my current CPA and I want some one who will follow up without me having to reach out to them. When I initially reached out to Al, I informed him that I had a specific type of trust and was Anderson familiar with this type of trust, He informed me that he had heard of this type of trust. When I was talking to the person at Anderson about my tax situation, he informed me that he was not familiar with my type of trust. When I had my consultation with Al after a month of waiting and me reaching out to initiate the meeting, I found that the recommendations were very generic and not specific to my tax situation. There was no direct comparison to my current to the new tax plan. I reached out to Al a few days later and informed him that I was not pleased with the service or the suggestions that they provided to me. I requested the $2,000 back to me and they declined because they claimed that they could save me double of the $2,000 consultation fee. I told him that a business relationship needs to be based on trust and I felt that the trust was breached when they dropped the ball when they did not follow up. Al did extend to me that they would provide me a credit if I would sign up for their $3,500 program. I declined using the credit because I was not satisfied.

I joined Anderson Business Advisor’s program roughly a year ago, initially underestimating the importance of fully engaging with Clint Coons' educational content. Consequently, I encountered several hurdles in establishing my business structure. However, as I delved deeper into the program, I realized the insufficiency of my existing structure in terms of providing anonymity. Upon recognizing the need for fundamental changes, I approached the Anderson team for assistance. Mr. Troy ************, the attorney on my team, and Senior Advisor Ms. Shaena ******* dedicated substantial time and effort to thoroughly reviewing my structure. They patiently addressed my inquiries and meticulously examined various scenarios, including potential tenant lawsuits, to ensure the efficacy of the proposed changes. I must commend the exceptional professionalism and dedication displayed by the Anderson team. Their unwavering commitment to prioritizing the interests of their clients is truly commendable. Despite the additional workload it entailed, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that my business structure was robust and legally sound. In summary, my experience with the Anderson Adviser program has been nothing short of exemplary. I wholeheartedly appreciate the outstanding support provided by my entire Anderson team. Their high standards and client-centric approach have undoubtedly set them apart in the field, and I am grateful to have had the privilege of working with such a dedicated and competent team.

Stay away from ANDERSON BUSINESS ADVISORS. I have been a "TITANIUM CLIENT" for 5+ years (their highest tier level of service), and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE for the last year or so. They have failed to renew my entities with the Secretaries of State multiple times, have billed me wrong amounts, and the GREATEST OF ALL, have costed my business about $50K in TAX PENALTIES due to negligence in filing for a tax extension and failing to file an abatement ina timely manner. They have lost many employees and the level of service and quality has been dismal at best. You will end up spending lots of time checking the quality of their work, from TAXES to the most mundane administrative work of Registered Agent services. They have dropped the ball on me and my businesses many countless times in the last year or so. Go look elsewhere. Their "Titanium Service" does NOT mean anything, other than they would ask you to pay $10K to sign up for it. AWFUL.
