    I was invited to submit my profile information and an interview was scheduled. I received a reminder as follows … Reminder: Board Seat Inquiry with Booking Boardsi1 at 02:00pm (Eastern Time - US & Canada) on Thursday, May 16, 2024 I dialed in but no one attended. I sent a message but never received a reply. I now believe the stories that this is whole thing is an AI generated scam, even the positive reviews.

    I have had a very positive experience with Boardsi and my service rep Jen Swaby. I think the expectation that Boardsi is out there representing you like a personal agent is where things are misalinged. I'm only a few months in but I have had some interest in my profile and did land a advisory board role that was a great fit. Jen and I dont talk every week but she is there when I need her and she has helped lock down the details with my first engagement. This is not a scam and is a legitimate business but results are not guaranteed.

    This is a total scam! Just had a first call and Rob(Rod?), the guy that called, was unprepared and had no clue who I was. When asked about their results, gave a terrible answer for % placement. I'm not sure how this company can make inroads with customers with terrible front line callers like this guy Rob or Rod.

         As we do with any review, especially ones that have never used our service, we dug into your phone call. Rod did a great job of explaining our service and answering every question you had. As you can imagine we have a disruptive business model. Our job is to get you to the interview but then it is up to you to interview well and land the position.     Jennifer is solid at connecting the profiles that I requested and very responsive. I owned a recruiting firm for over 10 years and my opinion is that this service is solid if you are seeking a board member with a specific profile.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a scam. They provide no follow up, yet are very prompt to respond once you send them an email that you are on track and will hear soon. You cannot find any place on their website to cancel there membership. Absolute waste of time and money.

    Boardsi has been charging my credit card monthly without providing any promised services. This has been happening for about 9 months. I have tried to contact them about this with no success. At a minimum I am trying to stop further billing.
