Early last year I hired NCH to create an *** and do other work related to asset protection for my newly acquired rental property. The asset protection strategy they recommended was to form a *********** Privacy Trust, also known as a Land Trust, for each property I may acquire. Then, make a single *** the beneficiary of all the Land Trusts.If a lawsuit arose concerning one of the properties, I could then change the beneficiary for all the other trusts to a new *** and thereby limit the liability to the one property.I paid them to form an *** and a ********** and register the *** as a foreign agent in two states. I also paid fees for them to be the registered agent for the *** in all three states.After I paid the fees service disappeared and I was left to try and execute the strategy on my own. During this time I met with a local lawyer. He did not know but thought it was possible a judge would consider changing the beneficiaries after the lawsuit was filed to be a fraudulent transfer. I booked two consultations with NCH and they didnt show up at either of them. I then emailed trying to get clarification of what legal doctrine they were basing their strategy on. The emails I got in response had nothing to do with the questions I asked. I transferred ****** to a new registered agent and started using a different asset protection strategy.I then reached out to multiple contacts at the company, and at other companies they partner with, to get clarification on how they support their legal strategy. I have not been able to get an answer.I am seeking 3 things.1. An answer to how they legally support their strategy. Unless they can give a better answer I will seek to have them disbarred for promoting a fraudulent legal strategy.2. They advertise lifetime support if you buy any of their services. That claim is false and they need to remove it.3. I purchased their services based on those false claims, I should be refunded.Business Response

NCH just texted Jaryd and we sent him the following text:
"Jaryd, we are submitting the refund per your request. When do you have a minute to complete the refund?"
**** ******* just called him via phone, he let it ring, and the voice message prompt came on. **** left the following voice message: "Jaryd this is **** ******* calling from NCH, we are processing the refund per your request, please give me a call back at your convenience. "
Jaryd then called back, and the following is what we agreed upon:
1. Refund: Processing a refund for Jaryd today.
2. Question: We answered Jaryd's questions regarding Land Trust, conveyance, and assured him that his business is very important to us. He knows to contact us if he has any questions in the future regarding his business... we are here to help.

I used ************ as recommended by my course provider, Tradeway to help setup my LLC for my trading journey. I paid them $1300 for the Premier LLC package to help facilitate this process. This includes:A welcome call Filing of EIN Receive LLC documents Walk-through sessions Call with my business specialist It was also mentioned in my initial call that *** will be available to support and to answer any questions I may have and this is where I have an issue with the company. I am very new to this thing and I trusted *** to be reachable and available and to provide the proper guidance. However, after I did not proceed to submit a foreign filing for my LLC since I wouldn't be using it yet. It became extremely hard to reach anyone at the business. ************************************* is my Executive Corporate Analyst. I usually contact him via email and it would take a couple of follow *** to receive a response. I also work with *****'s assistant, *************************** whom I left several voicemails and emails to no avail. I even scheduled a penciled appointment with ***** only for it to be canceled a few days before. The only time I was able to reach them is when I contacted their general customer service number. When I spoke to Jazzmen, she barely gave me information that I needed particularly regarding reporting my LLC to FinCEN. When I asked where or how to file a report, she said to "just ****** it". It's disappointing that I spent my hard earned money only to deal with people who probably do not want to work with me. It's as-if I am being discriminated now after I declined to pursue foreign filing.Business Response

On December 19, 2022, I paid $1,322 for the Premier LLC Package ******* sold by NCH. The marketing material for "*********** Package - *******? states that it includes Unlimited Premier Client Support for 1 Year including "Unlimited access to your Business Specialist. Call us anytime with questions or concerns regarding your business, such as: taxes, payroll, business credit, business plan, legal business services, estate planning and more."On June 23, 2023, I sent an email with a tax question regarding my business. Later the same day, an NCH employee called to say that because my question was regarding taxes, they could not help and that I needed to ask my CPA. Despite advertising that they would provide "Premier Client Support" regarding taxes, they failed to provide that service when it was requested.On June 23, 2023, I emailed NCH client services ********************************************** to express my disappointment with the company. I did not receive a response. On June 26, 2023, I emailed NCH client services to request a refund for $1,322 for non-performance or false advertising. NCH **** aka Nevada Headquarters **** is among the most corrupt businesses. Falsely promised me, if I paid them to start an ***, I'd have access to "Free lifetime business support, coaching, advice." I paid them thousands, all of which has been wasted, because of their lies & manipulation. Initially I spoke with *****, who assured me the *** package was "Absolutely all-inclusive with no hidden charges & no other fees to ever worry about." However, those were all LIES. Turns out after I paid for an ***, I had to pay thousands more for many other associated costs. AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE ADVICE, COACHING OR SUPPORT. Once they get your money, YOU NEVER GET THEM ON THE ***** ANYMORE. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS, TEXTS, CALLS. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU. Every time I tried calling them, I had to repeatedly leave messages, yell, ***, yell again, for ************ just to get a call back. Then they completely shut me out & are ignored me. (They mistakenly think the chargeback window is closed, so supposedly I can't get my money from the bank--Oh they think WRONG).If you, like me, have been another unwitting victim of this SCAM business & manipulative staff, immediatly call your bank & file a fraud chargeback of all of the money you've paid them. Laws in all 50 states guarantee if a business does not fulfill any part of their services, then they've violated the verbal service agreement & so you get ALL of your monies paid to the business.Also, I'll post about this business & name every staff involved, on Rip Off Report Dot Com, Who Scammed You Dot Com, ****** Consumer Dot Com, Trust Pilot Dot Com. These are most prominent sites, where NO post is ever deleted. I am rejecting this response because:Yes, management did speak with me (AFTER I'd already filed this complaint. However, the individual who spoke with me THREATENED to dissolve my business. I REPEATEDLY (VIA RECORDED STATEMENT, WHICH I DID INFORM HIM OF) TOLD HIM THAT IN NO MANNER, WHATSOEVER, DID I EVER AUTHORIZE, AGREE, OR IMPLY THAT HE OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY WAS ALLOWED TO TOUCH, MODIFY, ALTER, DISSOLVE, MAKE ANY CHANGE TO ME BUSINESS IN ANY PART, FOR ANY REASON. However, he seemed very snide about the matter and untrustworthy. He was not receptive. I have followed up with over 6 emails to the "legal department," as well. Therefore, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FULLY RECORDED, DOCUMENTED, AND WITNESSED BY THE TWO PEOPLE WHO WERE WITH ME DURING THE ***** CONVERSATION WITH HIM.

10/20/2022: ********************* from NCH told me that I can save 2022 (!) taxes by starting a Nevada LLC and then backdating the **election to the beginning of 2022. It sounded strange that this would be possible, but I made the (wrong) assumption that NCH would know since they are in the business of establishing LLC's. ***** took my credit card and charged me $1,322.11/7/2022: *********************** informed me that backdating of course is not possible, but that I would still save substantially save in taxes by simply choosing the **election starting in 2023. We then cancelled the ** LLC and kept the existing CA LLC. ***** said NCH would take care of all the required changes including accounting for the **election. Again, I made the wrong assumption that NCH would know about this better than myself. ***** took my credit card again and charged me another $275 for this service taking the previous $1,322 into account.11/12/2022: I had a meeting with an accountant who gave me the entire picture, not just one aspect of it, and of course, it turned out that there is no significant difference in the total tax bill between **election and straight through LLC. NCH gave me bad advise again.11/16/2022: I pointed out my findings in an email to ***********************, and his response was to talk to a NCH accountant for further clarification. It was ***** who sold me on this concept and I would have expected him to answer all my questions, but his response only indicated that he doesn't have the expertise.11/16/2022: I followed up with further questions and also asked for a full refund, but no response 11/22/2022: I followed up again via email and asked for a refund, but no response.12/11/2022: I followed up again via email, but no response. A full refund should easily be justifiable, because NCH gave bad advise twice and has not started work on the **election and accounting changes yet.Business Response
