    This company accepted my order and charged me ******. They list the transaction as fulfilled. That is a lie. I have neither the product or my refund as requested several times. They provide only an email form but no records of contact. I have contacted them on ******** as well. I just want my money back. They have been made aware that I will be out of town, for over a week starting Friday. My mail will be held. This hasn't even shipped ****** cousin in ******* ordered on the 1st and already has tracking. They are not contacting me back now and I have little I can do but keep messaging them.

    This company has grossly misrepresented their product in the description on their website. I first ordered the 3g (3 grams of e-liquid) disposable on their website on November 12, 2023. It arrived to me leaking and with a burnt taste. This was before I even noticed the amount of e-liquid that was actually in the device seemed to be a lot less than 3 grams (maybe 1.5 at most). I emailed them about the faulty product and while they offered me a discount code for a free disposable vaporizer, I never got a response when I emailed the company asking about their false advertising. I waited for my replacement and hoped they would send me the product as advertised, but they didn't. The vaporizer wasn't leaking like before, but it's still not the amount advertised on their website. I paid $60 total; I spent $40 on the vaporizer and $10 shipping on my first order (November 12, 2023 order #****) and $10 shipping for the replacement (December 11, 2023 order #****).

    On 06/17/2023 I order a few products from Hidden Hills Club that totaled to $80.97. 2. ****** Shaved Ice Sativa Fire Fire Fire Blend and 1. Gusher Breath Indica Fire Fire Fire Blend, each costing $29.99. I was informed by email on 06/20/2023 that 2 of the products I order, the ****** Shaved Ice Sativa Fire Fire Fire Blend, were out of stock and that I would be issued a refund in the amount of $59.98. It is now 06/29/2023 and I still haven't received my refund for that out stock products. As shown in the attached screen shots Hidden Hills Club labeled the shipping email with all products, even the out of stock ones. Knowing they own me a refund Hidden Hills Club still shipped the out of stock products that I never received, or at least stated them on the email.I have continue to email and call Hidden Hills Club to resolve this issue to no avail. Please help me resolve this issue and thank you for your time and service.
