    I was completely ripped off by Eagle car rental in Las Vegas just before Christmas 2024. They charged me almost $5,000 for a 10 day rental for an SUV and when I tried to drop it off 5 days earlier they said they had a no refund policy. As a foreigner arriving from the UK I was totally taken advantage of. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Michael *********

    Hello Mr. Michael, I'm very sorry for your experience. we try our best to accommodate each and every customer. Upon reviewing you complain I have found few issues which you have listed incorrectly. you rented not just a simple small SUV; you rented a sports Z71 Chevy Suburban not for 10 days but for 13 days. also, you rented the car taking is one way from one state to another state drop off. as per you complain regarding returning early, upon review the rental agreement. you were explained that that there is no refund for unused days or early return. which the main driver signed and initialed it. am sure you guys should understand it's a Xmas time as well new year time and there are millions of people traveling to our cities and demands were high for high end and big SUV.
