I went to this car wash and bought the act 3 wash for $50 (I have a receipt) on 7/8/2024. Going through the wash one of the spinning arms malfunctioned and damaged my car (dented hood, cracked windshield, and ripped the left mirror off). I talked to one of the workers and I was told its my responsibility and the manager is not there to talk to. I was then told I could try their website to contact a manager. I tried going to the website but the website does not work. The worker I had been talking to then gave me the number to the manager *************) but it went to voicemail. I left a massage and even texted that number but did not get a response.Initial Complaint

I took my car, which is just seven days old to showplace auto boutique today to get a car wash. I figured since I was getting a car wash why not get the inside as well as my door panels wiped down and the inside cleaned. My car as I mentioned was just seven days old so I know for a fact that there was no damage or nothing wrong prior to my visit. When it was made known to me that my car was complete, I inspected my car before driving off. I noticed numerous streaks in the middle area near the gearshift, the door panels, as well as the dash. I pointed this out to the attendant. He proceeded to spray more cleaner and wipe the area the streaks would not disappear whatsoever. I pointed this out to him again, and he just proceeded to clean it once again. At this point, I was beyond irate and did not want to cause a scene so I drove off. When I got home, I noticed just how many streaks there were, which were a lot, so I took photos. I also noticed on the outside of the car, including the windows, how absolutely smudged and streaky the wash that was done on my car was as well. This is quite surprising to me since I was told it was a hand wash because the automatic car wash was not working . I am absolutely upset and quite emotional because my car is just seven days old and now the leather on the inside, as well as the dash area and middle area have tons of streets that are not disappearing. I did leave a review on yelp, but have yet to have a response.Initial Complaint

11/11/22 $45 full service carwash. Car wash was never washed within the 60 minutes they claim to complete service, I asked for a refund the owner, **** simply said no. I asked for the ability to comeback the following day and he said no. Here is my detailed Yelp review:Showed up for a car wash and left within 15 mins after my unpleasant meeting with the business owner ****** and his horrendous customer service.The owners of the three cars in front of me have been waiting there for 20 minutes and were all frustrated with the lack of efficiency and respect of their time.I decided to ask if I can return the following day as my clock was pressed. "****, the owner" quickly said "NO. I can only come back today." I can tell he was already short fused and then I asked for a refund. His reply was "You can try and email to ask 'them' to send a refund. Every car is hand washed and takes ***** minutes. A customer complaining after 15 minutes is unheard of. You're now annoying me!" He squandered off outside to check on the status of the other cars.I wanted to email them and let upper management know ****'s full name, so I follow him outside. He refused to give me his last name. Asked if I was the police, I said "No, I am a paying customer who wants to email the Owner to ask for a refund and let them know **** has a poor attitude and lacks great customer service skills." His next reply is the best... "I am the owner so that email is gonna go to me!" he smirks and becomes a bigger a joke now. He tells me to leave with vulgarity and I proceed to my car. He continues "I'm worth 50 million, I own 8 car washes in the valley and several in *******. I own a Bentley. You can take your little Porsche, go down the street to the other car washes I own and my managers will treat you better there!"Initial Complaint

On July 8th 2022 i paid 180$ The man who claims to be the owner of the shop is very rude and racist he called me a black *****. Because the service i requested wasn't what i paid for i asked for my car to be detailed and cleaned and my car is still very much dirty when ask to have my car re-cleaned or at least clean the parts that's very much still dirty he became very angry. He proceeded to call a black ***** and some more racial things. As well they went into the middle of my counsel without my permission placed everything in a bag and didn't even clean the counsel so what was the point of even taken the stuff out of you wasn't going to clean it. I was told i was being an ungrateful black ***** when i just asked for the service i paid for. I was scammed me out of my money. As well the man who claimed to be the owner took my credit card information without my permission. It was In my glove box and stolen my information. Very unsatisfied will not recommend to anyone. They are vet unprofessional
