William Hill Sports Book has leveraged unfair business practices by pushing clients toward using their phone App to make digital bets on sports, but not having a digital payment option. This is further aggravated by the fact that you can only get immediate in person payouts if you are a citizen of Nevada and have access to a sportsbook. William Hill's Sports App went down unexpectedly on Sunday February 12, 2023. It was down for well over 72 hours. Anyone trying to access their account could not. They control the Sportsbook for Caesar's properties in Nevada. Even though they were able to get the brick-and-mortar locations operational, even they could not access App accounts. This left customers without access to their money. The delay is compounded for non-Nevada Residents. The only way bettors from out of state can access their money is via email request for a paper check. That may take 4-8 weeks. It will be longer now, as the App crashed during the heaviest sports betting day of the year, and viewership was the highest it has been in a decade. They have tried to make amends, by offering an insignificant $50 free bet, but once again they penalize non-Nevada residents. If you use the $50 free bet by the end of February, you will get another $50 free bet. The issue is that you can only use the App in Nevada. Non-Nevada residents are the ones hurt the most by the lack of digital payment. Customer service is severely lacking in attempting to help customers. During the outage, all they could do was advise that the problem was being addressed and "thank us" for our patience. Now that is back up, they want more patience while I jump through hoops trying to get a check from them. I know that interest on monies owed to me personally do not add up to anything more than pennies in 4-8 weeks, but multiply my money by the thousands of customers this has affected, and William Hill has made a lot of money on interest from holding onto customers money.

My account at william hill shows "weird" bet that I didn't place...customer service is either running A scam, involved in A coverup...or ignorant beyond my wildest imagination...the ticket was issued 16 may 2022 while the events occurred years earlier 27 July 2019..ticket show 3 duplicate bets forming 6 team parley (insanity)... customer service reps wouldn't give their names...wouldn't transfer to supervisor....claimed they couldn't view bet on their screen...got ticket #'s confused gave me bogus info for complaints...Told me "It's just A display issue" when I ask for A refund the rep said it had deemed A legitimate bet ...insanity again...BY DEFINITION...duplicate bets can't occur within A parley ..it can't be both A "display issue" and A legitimate bet..and on and with nonsense...nonsense

We are constantly working on improving our technology. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have communicated with Mr. ****** and cleared up the issues on his account. There was a display issue where old tickets from 2019 were being displayed as open. We were able to close those tickets out and restore the ticket history.

William Hill is wrong... no such ticket ever existed..
The ticket appeared to be A parley with three bets
That were repeated to make A 6 leg parley...NEVER IS A BETTOR ALLOWED TO REPEAT A BET TO MAKE A PARLEY...if so A bettor could make A 10 team
Parley using just 1 bet over and over...the book would be at A distinct disadvantage and shortly out of business....They replied, after reviewing the bet
.."said" bet was considered LEGITIMATE and could not return my money ($8.00)..THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE...I SUSPECT OTHERS HAPPENINGS
