    on the date of march 12 , 2023 i had purchased a 600$ Blue iphone 13 from silver wireless 1 ,, phone store located at *************************** approxmatitly 3 days later i was expeiriencing camera issues and file transfers with my icloud ., i took the phone into the store and recieved a exchange , the next day i came to dicover that the exchanded device i had been given had the same issue with the icloud files still being trasnsfered i took the phone into the apple store on town square and they werent able to diagnose the issue with the device , i was recommended to return the device to were i bought it from initially i called this afternoon on tuesday march 12, 2023 around 2pm to ask them if im able go bring the device and my recipt for a refund and i was told i cant get a refund i asked why and there was no avalible explanation apparently i wasnt made aware of anyt backround contract or writing that refunds were not avalible so my my main solum purpose is to try and aqquire my refund and returned this non functionuing device to the store
