    Good morning, On November 17th, at 3:00 p.m. I went to this business, because my phone had fallen to the floor and the screen was dark. I went to the owner named **** and I told her that I didn't know what was wrong with my phone that it didn't work. She asked me for my phone and she told me no problem, my employee would tell you if it could be fixed or not. Don't worry, come back in 15 minutes and leave us your phone. When I returned she told me  that they could fix it for me but that the cost for repairs would be $****** to which I told her that I didn't have the money so I couldn't fix it there. Mr.s **** informed me that in order to give me my phone back I would have to pay them $***** for the diagnosis. Then I told her that at no time had they informed me about that rate, and in addition there was nothing in her establishment that indicated or said that I had to pay $***** dollars, and she didn't want to give me my phone back. I was forced to borrow and pay $****** to repair  my phone. The issue here is the following: This business uses an ugly and dirty practice of forcing people to have  to acquire their services by force, because practically if you do not do so you lose your phone. I would not want this to happen to other people, I have a witness who was with me in case they need any other evidence. I am willing to go wherever to report this fraud of this business, needless to say thank you. I hope for a prompt action in this regard and a response from you. If in addition to you I must go to a different institution, let me know, as in the same city where they give the permits to businesses, I can also go to them.

    Buenos das.El da 17 de noviembre, 3.00 pm ,me presento a este negocio, por la razn que mi telfono haba cado al piso y estaba oscura la pantalla, Me dirijo a ******* de nombre, ****....y le comunico que no se que problema tiene mi telfono, que a lo mejor no sirve, dnde est seora ****, me dice no hay problemas mi empleado le va a decir si tiene arreglo o no, ...no se preocupe vuelva en 15 minutos y djenos su telfono osea ( mi telfono)Al regr***r me dice que si me lo puede arreglar pero que el costo de arreglarlo, sera de ****** dlares....a lo que yo le digo que no tengo ese dinero, que no podria arreglarlo, con ellos...A lo que la seora **** ,me informa que para darme mi telfono para atrs tendra que pagarles ***** dlares, por el diagnstico Ah yo le dije que , en ningn momento me ***** informado sobre *** tarifa, y ade** no haba nada en su establecimiento que indicara o dijera que haba que pagar ***** dlares, y no me quiso dar mi telfono.,Tuve obligadamente que pedir dinero prestado y pagar obligadamente ****** dlares por reparar mi telfono La cuestin aqu , es la siguiente Ese negocio, utiliza una prctica fea y sucia, de obligar a las personas a tener que adquirir sus servicios, a la fuerza , porque prcticamente sino lo haces as pierdes el telfono...yo no quisiera que esto pase a otras personas, yo tengo una testigo que iba conmigo por si necesitan alguna otra evidencia, yo estoy dispuesto a ir a dnde sea, para reportar este fraude de este negocio, de ** est decirles gracias. Y espero una pronta accin al respecto y una respuesta de ustedes Si ade** de ustedes debo ir a otra institucin, djenme saber, como anla misma ciudad donde *** los permisos a los negocios tambin puedo dirigirme a ellos

    I have the ticket payment they give me , she is a woman, and she work there, so I need know why they bussisnes, made pay when they never say me ,and you don't see a letter ,if I no pay them they don't give me my phone

     

    Esta seora que trabaja en ese lugar , me engao y me dijo que si no pagaba ***** dlares **** no me iba a devolver mi telfono, sin hacer ningn trabajo para m, ese lugar no existe registrado en la ciudad ,no existe ese negocio, legalmente, ese lugar es una estafa a las personas....

    Y si tuviese que regr***r yo en persona a pedir un nombre, djenme saber y yo vuelvo a ir,gracias y espero su respuesta

    I brought my drone in for repair at this facility after confirming they could fix it on the phone. I drop my drone off for repair where the man behind the counter charges me $150 for the replacement arm after I pick up the drone just before leaving for a holiday. I noticed that the battery is crammed into the drone in the wrong direction for it not to fit right after leaving for vacation I try to fly the drone and notice it has an hardware error, I then called iPhone doctor to see what the problem could be. He said that I should try to update the drone and see if that fix the problem there were no updates required for the drum. I then suggest that it says it has a hardware problem he says that they tested the drone and it flew perfectly fine before handing it to me . I told him that the battery was actually not in the drone in the right way when you handed it to me, so I dont believe that he has flew it. While on vacation in Washington state, I took the drone to a tech shop to have them inspect it and see what was actually wrong with the drone upon closer inspection the repair shop found pry marks on the case of the drone and a large glob of solder material connecting multiple wires, which he suggested shorted out the *** board the repair man in Washington, then told me that the drone was completely fried, and would need an entirely new *** board or to be completely replaced. After returning to ********* from my vacation I return to iPhone doctor with my drone and record the entire interaction with my GoPro where I asked them to repair my drone and told them everything that happened at the other repair shop where the repair man inspected and diagnosed my drone completely for free right in front of me and they then took my drone free of charge claiming that they would repair it for me and correct their mistake It has now been four weeks since I dropped off the drone so I called them to see how it was coming along. They now say they wont fix it or give it back even

    The job that customer paid for is completed and finished.  IT IS CLEARLY stated in our policies that any pre-existing damages any device has, our office is NOT responsible for.   He wants a brand new drone that was crashed completely and he only came to repair an arm not the entire drone. 

    He can pick up his drone and will be blocked from doing any business with us permanently. We don't appreciate anyone who wants to take advantage of a situation they caused.  WE have been in business for 13 years AND we clearly understand this guy's unreasonable claims and demands.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not asking for an entirely new drone. And the drone was not damaged before hand at all other than a snapped arm. You destroyed the motherboard when you did a poor solder job and shorted out the connections. You destroyed my property when I went to you to fix it. I have video evidence of me confronting you and you assumed responsibility and took my drone BACK to fix your mistake! Then 4 weeks later it turns out you were just holding my drone hostage this whole time. All I want is you to fix the mistake you made when you did a poor repair. I also have a statement from the other shop saying he did nothing to the drone but observed and inspect YOUR mistake.

    The customer voided its warranty from us as soon as he took it and someone else opened the drone.  We are not responsible for that.  Drone was in perfect condition when he took it from our repair shop and now he is blaming us for what ever another shop opened it.  He should have brought it back to us if he had issues with it as soon as he saw there was an issue.

    Unfortunately, we don't take responsibility nor we honor warranties if you take your device to another repair shop after we repaired it.

    We would rather refuse service and as it appears this customer is trying to blame us for something we did not do.
