The Date of the Transaction was 4/8/2023 I went to Centennial Hills hospital ************** to get some antibiotics for a cough that i had for over 7 days. The ************** is separate from the hospital. I tested myself 2 times for covid before i went there and was Negative. They also tested me for covid and i was negative. They proceeded to do many medical test and procedures on me including a lung Xray even though i was negative for covid. They never explained why or what the cost would be. As you will see by the statement it was very extreme as to the amount of test that they did for what i came in for. When i got the Bill I was upset to see what they charged. One thing was **** for a lung xray but then the total bill was over ***** dollars. With the remaining balance to me of ******. I called there billers ( which is not the hospital billers i believe they use an outside company) 3 different times did not get any resolve. They offered me a 20% discount. I explained to them i that i was not looking for that. I told them that what i wanted to know was a breakdown of the line item that says 1 3M level 4 ED ************ for ******** dollars. I asked them for an itemized list of what the precedures were. I was dealing with overseas people in the billing agency and they did not understand what i meant. They resent me the original bill. 2 different times. I have since been sent a to collections for the ******. For me this was a total hit job where i was completely taken advantage of when i went in for antibiotics and came out with an over ***** dollar bill. Total BS I do not care that my insurance paid the majority for what i needed this was overkill. Plus they have still failed to provide me a breakdown of what was in that one line item for ******** despite me trying 2 different times.Business Response

On 11/28/2023, I ********************* entered the Centennial Hills Hospital due to extreme pain in the stomach area. On 11/30, around 3pm I was taken for a colonoscopy and EGD exams. I was taken back to my resting area a little after 4pm and was told by RN-****** that the ** doctor who conducted the test would be there soon to provide the results. I had not eaten or had anything to drink for a few hours and just wanted something to snack on but was rudely denied and said I needed to wait on the doctor. My spouse arrived after 4:30pm and went to ask RN what the next steps are but RN-****** was too busy filling out white with silver font-Thank you Cards behind the nurses desk instead of helping or attending to her patients. I also asked for the RN-****** to review my IV because it was starting to burn and hurt, and she said she is not good at IVs and I should wait for the change of the shift. How is an RN not good at IVs? After an hour wait, my wife again waiting at the nurses desk to try and see if I can get something to eat in which ****** finally says fine I will message the doctor in which a reply was received in less than 10 min approving food. Why didnt ****** do that to begin with? Thats right, Thank you cards are more important than her job. We ask again about the doctors ETA and then was told oh yeah he left!!!! UNREAL. My wife than gets lectured about HIPPA sinces nurses are transferring information, which is understandable but here you have RN-****** who is YELLING HIPPA information all over the place, so how is that ok? So due ****** having a lack of morals or just not having any sympathy led me to being beyond frustrated and asked to MA. Now here is what makes it even better. There are 4 other nurses at the desk, and ALL dont know how to locate the required forms to fulfil my request. WOW! One started to call out to someone on how to locate the forms on the computer, while the others just sat there watching the show. FANTASTIC! So yes, I became irate due to your staff lacking any type of skills to work in that area and then another staff member tries to grab me. You are to not lay your hands on anyone without permission. Filing this complaint may not even matter to you which is sad. You have staff there that need to be re-evaluated. And for ****** sake, show them how to use the computer. Now I pray I have nothing that is serious and wait for copies of test results to come back because I sure have not heard from a doctor regarding my results. Never again will I go to that hospital.Business Response

Thank you so much for allowing me the chance to respond to your concerns, I was disheartened to read that you will never use the hospital again. I would ask that you allow me a bit more time to be able to complete my through research.
Thank you

I have been getting erroneously charged for medical services from Centennial Hills Hospital that I never received for the past three years. The issue may be medical fraud or misbilling, but it keeps resulting in collection agencies contacting me or putting debts on my credit report. This has happened with 10 bills now. Each of these has consistently been with a misspelled version of my name ("***************************"), my actual social security number, and a different birthday. When I have requested Centennial Hills **************** to stop associating my account with new bills without verifying ID or some other measure to protect my identity, they have claimed that they are unable to do so. They claim that they have to provide services, but there should be a way to provide services without resulting in erroneous billing (checking ID or fixing the issue that is resulting in my information automatically being associated with new services). This has cost Centennial Hills about $25000 since it begun so it is also in their best interest to stop it.I'm military stationed overseas and it is becoming very difficult to deal with new wrongful bills every 6 months. The last round went to my credit report without any notifications or statements reaching me and resulted in a 40 point drop to my credit score.Business Response

I was taken by ambulance to Centennial Hospital on 8/20. I had very sudden symptoms of extreme vertigo and all they were interested in was find a way to run up the tab!! It was hours before I finally saw a doctor despite being immediately put into a room. When the doctor finally did come in it was a young ***** lady who asked me "so whats going on with you today?" As I was answering her question and mid sentence she very randomly without even saying a word to me left the room and never came back which was outrageous. She was in there for MAYBE 2 mins tops. Well over an hour later another doctor entered the room and asked the same question. After many many many tests had already been ordered without even having seen or spoken to a doctor yet I finally got to see one. Its questionable and unethical as to why and how 10's of thousands of dollars worth of tests were ordered without even having spoken to a doctor! When the second doctor came in he spoke with me at length and basically just told me I had vertigo and they couldnt see anything else wrong. I informed him I had started a new medication about a week ago and he immediately latched on to that without asking any questions about it and said oh thats what caused all this, walked out of the room and discharged me and sent me home with a useless prescription you can buy double the dose for over the counter. After the symptoms not relieving I called the hospital and spoke to the rudest charge nurse I have ever spoken to in my life. She promised a call back which never came. I called again the next day and she was clearly ****** off I was following up. After being hung up on multiple times when asking to speak to her supervisor she finally transferred me to the "Director of the *** or something like that. I left this person multiple messages and called him multiple times with no response what so ever. Turns out after going to a different hospital I was completely mistreated, misdiagnosed, & disrespectedBusiness Response
