Im not sure of the exact dates, but I went to Nevada Heart and Vascular on ***************, I went just to make sure my heart was ok. When I was released by the doctor, and my heart was fine, I thought I was done. A couple days later I get a call from the office saying they are the ************************ I told them I didnt need that type of care. The next week, the same phone call. Again, I told them I didnt need it and to stop calling. They kept calling so I went back down to the office and they tell me I have to sign a paper to take me off of the program. I never signed any consent form for this. Then I get my bill and ALL of the *********************** calls where charged to my account without my consent. I have called them 3 or 4 different times, including today, without any help. When I called today, the representative informed me that it is now sent to collections. Im reaching out to you now so maybe you can help me and stop this from happening to anyone else. I havent paid any money towards my bill because I was trying to get it fixed.Initial Complaint

I have now been calling repeatedly for two weeks straight to find out what is the radioactive isotope dye that will be used for a test that the doctor ******************* ordered. Nevada Heart and Vascular has refused to provide me this information despite several calls and voicemails I have left. Unfortunately I have had severe allergic reactions to radioactive isotope dyes in the past.Initial Complaint

This place is lying or something. They sent me a bill with numbers that dont match what my medical insurance say I owe out of pocket. And the bill they sent me doesnt match what they told me when I called.Apparently they sent me a paper bill invoice with an account number showing ***** owed. When I called to ask they suddenly said that same invoice says I owe more than what the paper copy say. Same invoice. So why is that different? Who changed the numbers? Also the numbers they told me over the phone dont match anything with my health provider. Their numbers are all wrong. My credit card statements shows I paid them some money, thats not even right when they told me over the phone. So I dont know who messed it up or when.I cant be getting overcharged. I should only pay what my health insurance says I owe for a copay. The amount I paid them already is the total from the last 2 payments.Initial Complaint

I went to Nevada heart & vascular center after my primary doctor, in doing an exam, thought I could have a heart condition. The heart exam had been to clear me for an upcoming surgery. I was sent to NHV center for a follow up. In seeing the doctor, Cres M******, he ordered an extensive amount of tests. I first had a carotid artery's ultrasound. 2 days later a echocardiogram complete with Doppler. 2 days later a lexiscan, then an office visit that he said I had a "tick". Not explaining what that meant and just continued with more tests. Then scheduled a low osmolar contrast material to be followed by a doctors visit. At the doctors visit on May 29th, he told us it was nothing just a "tick" in which I needed no further care. He then look at my current medicine and proceeded to change my cholesterol meds to a medication that was so expensive my insurance would not pay for it. Then suggesting after my surgery I should come bad to get another drug so I could lose some weight. Another very expensive drug that my insurance will not pay for. I feel that he ordered all the test and changes in meds for no reason other than being able to charge thousands of dollars to the insurance company. I then went to my primary doctor and told him what had a happened and he ask the doctors name and said it was well known in the medical community that he ordered unnecessary tests and expensive drugs to get insurance payments. Now he sent us a bill for the remainder of the cost that the insurance would not pay.
