    Made an online purchase for $399.96 for comics on 2/19/23 that until this day I have not received. I emailed Devildog Comics on several occasions to get an update and have not heard back from them as of today.

    I ordered signed, and slabbed, verified comic from this comic store on May 8th, 2022 and but they never delivered. At about a year out in 2023 I began requesting status updates via the "contact us" email address on their website. I still have the email verification from the initial order and I had an account with the business, which showed the status was unfulfilled. They never answered any of my inquiries and have since shut down their webpage. It is not uncommon for this type of service to take a year or longer, so that is why I waited.

    Made a purchase on 4/19/22 with confirmation of order.Emailed about order on 5/16/22, customer support pointed out that my order contained a pre-order and all items would ship together. They indicated a typical 6 month window for the item to be ready.After forgetting about this order, I emailed again on 7/31/23 and 9/15/23 with no response. I also used their website contact form with no responses, but don't remember the dates.I had a sliver of hope, but now their website is gone and it appears they may have been committing fraud.

    On July 12, 2021, I purchased three CGC graded comic books for $169.85. While my credit card was charged the day of the purchase, the three books were never delivered. I repeatedly emailed Devil Dogs seeking clarification about my order or a refund. I have never received a reply from the company.

    Contacted devil dog it appears that the website is shutdown . Last email they loaded shipping tracking but if you look up tracking you will see the item was never dropped off at carrier . No response from multiple emails either .

    On 6 March 2023 I sent a PayPal payment of $149.99 to Devil Dog Comics for an autographed comic book. The comic book was a pre-order and wouldn't ship for several months. I had done business with the company via **** with no trouble. On 2 November 2023 I checked my Order number DDC-****, and the link went to a webpage that read, "The store is unavailable." Devildogcomics.com was also gone. ****************** Instagram show no activity after May. I sent emails to the following two addresses: ******************************* AND ********************************* I have yet to receive responses. PayPal will not accept claims made after 180 days of purchase, so I can't readily get my money back. I have registered a dispute of my payment with my local bank on the basis of fraud. I want my money back. I'd be happy to email someone at BBB with my original invoice. If criminal proceedings are made against the proprietor(s) of this company, I'd be happy to assist. Thank you.

    In December 2022 I made a pre-order purchase in the amount of $159.98 for comic books that were intended to be released in January 2023 and forwarded to CGC for grading. The order was for books rated at 9.8. which typically takes the ****************** Company (CGC) 5 to 6 months to grade and return to Devil Dog; at which time the graded Comics would be forwarded to me. By my calculation the books should have been in shipping channels by August of 2023. Understanding the possibility of delays, I have attempted to reach out to Devil Dog Comics to gain some type of status and/or update. After 30+ emails attempts to make contact with Devil Dog Comics I have yet to receive any acknowledgements. Unfortunately, this business does not offer communication mediums other than through their "Contact Us" link. As of the morning of 19 October 2023, the Devil Dog Comics Website seems to be defunct, as it refuses to launch or display. This has prompted me to submit this complaint. Ref: ORDER DDC-**** -- Placed on December 17, 2022 at 4:47pm Is this type of activity Wire Fraud or did Devil Dog Comics just go under?Respectfully

    Paid for a group of comics on August 18th 2022. Were supposed to be delivered in October, but there were issues getting the correct CoA with the signed comic I ordered. I was in frequent correspondence, getting regular updates as they were working on resolving the issue. My last email response from the was in April. I have not heard back since, although I've sent multiple regular follow up emails. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt that they were waiting on CGC, but I'm very upset I am out $300+ *and* don't have my comics.

    Since 2020, I've been ordering comics from this company and never once was there any issues...until now. On May 6th, 2023, I placed an order for just under $700.00 in comic books. This was a Pre-Order for books that would be released the following month. On June 20th, I received notice that the order had shipped and didn't think much of it until a month later when nothing had arrived. On July 22nd, I emailed them asking for a status update and received no reply. I emailed again on July 26th and again, received no reply. I reached out via their ******** page and the auto-reply directed me to contact them via their website, which I did, and I received no reply. On my credit card statement, there was a phone number *************) associated with the charge. I called it and it went right to voicemail, so I left a message and again, received no response. To date, there has been zero communication from this company regarding my order.They have not sent out any email blasts or posted on their ******** page since early May, so I'm beginning to wonder if they ran into financial issues and potentially filed for bankruptcy. Most of the comics I ordered are still available to buy as in-stock merchandise on their website, but a few now show sold out. I'd simply like my order shipped out so I can get the books I paid for back in May.

    Placed an online order with business on 9 July. Received automated order confirmation. Business has yet to provide shipment notification and has not responded back through their email contact as of 25 July. Researched and found out on their ******** business page other people have placed orders and received no response on receiving merchandise.
