I am being charged $74 a month for a service that I did not subscribe to. I believe this may be a fraud and am prepared to go the the authorities about a scam on an elderly person if this charge is not stopped immediately.Initial Complaint

I needed help with my iPhone. This business appeared on my search on the internet. I was asked to pay a one time $1.00 fee for help through chat. I provided my credit card information and proceeded with the chat. Later, on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, I was informed that I was charged $74.00 as part of a monthly subscription to their services. I did not sign up for this service and only thought I was getting help because of the $1.00 charge. I cancelled the service subscription. Nevertheless, the unexpected charge has caused me a financial hardship.Business response

************* claims that she was not aware of monthly subsription when she was charged. She cancelled her subscription to our service and wishes to get refund.
We apologise for any negative experience of *************. We strive to provide every customer with the best possible experience at our service, and we work hard to make sure that happens.
With respect to the request of *************, we kindly inform you that Ms ****** subscription has been cancelled and we will not make any further charges of her account. In addition, we refunded two $74 transactions.
Taking this opportunity, please be informed that we are committed to cooperation and assistance.
