Nov 1st 2021 this company charged my ****** account for services I never requested. I actually demanded they issue a refund to me in May 2021. They had access to my computer to trouble shoot a problem and they set up my ****** account for a recurring charge against my wishes and knowledge. They say they will refund my money but have not.Business response
