    I currently have five fiction novels that were published by WorkBook Press in early 2023. As of today, May 15, 2024, I have not received any royalties, although I was advised I have a balance of over $75. Since January of 2024 I have both called and emailed and have been given the same answer, "Your check will be mailed out soon."

    They delivered services as promised. Promptly responded to calls and emails and oversaw the entire publishing process while providing valuable feedback. They are very friendly, professional, competitively priced, and responsive to any needs or questions. There were no surprises and it is a pleasure to do business with them. I have used their services for two books thus far.

    We have worked with Joe and Luna such great work. Our Childrens book. Magical adventures of Teddy the Bear is getting great reviews. They did a great job with our cover. We are very happy. Highly recommend working with Joe he is great and always keeps intouch. So far so good happy with our book and service.

    My book The Pirates Who Found Jesus was reprinted with a picture of a Pirate imbedded in the cover. I am very happy with it. (Xlibris Publishing did the original cover with the ship). Everyone has been very kind and curios. They will be releasing a sequel to Who Did ? That was published by Xlibris. The sequel is titled Mystery Solved to WHO Did It?

    As someone who should have known better, I was totally taken in by Joe and Heather. My manuscript was edited, formatted with a cover, etc. At one point I was treated for a serious cancer so the correspondence was spotty. Eventually I was sent the manuscript which was a mess. I tried to explain the mistakes, but nobody listened. All telephone calls and correspondence went unanswered. I was ghosted like other people here. I am out $1,000 Canadian dollars for what was really a print on demand job. I have asked for my money to be returned. Nothing. I feel quite certain these people aren't up to date in the world of printing, despite the books displayed online. I am disappointed but have moved on.

    As you can see on the email history, We've been sending her again and again her corrected interior layout for approval but she keeps on responding asking for it as if she didn't receive anything. We called her before and informed her that the interior is ready, and she answered that she'll check it out. But unfortunately, didn't receive any feedback. We didn't receive any calls from her during this time.

    This company posted a job on Indeed and it was not a valid position. They posted a position for Office Assistant and then switch it to a personal assistant position. You never even get to speak with anyone verbally and they offered me a position. There is something very shady about this company.

    We appreciate that the customer bring this to our attention. There are a lot of people pretending to be working with Workbook Press and just go ahead and created fictitious job offer ads which is to no knowledge of the company. This rating is inappropriate and unjust on our end.
