    Brought my vehicle to get a car wash on March 7,2024. One of the employees ended up, snapping and breaking off the antenna system and throwing it in the trash without informing me, he broke it. Went inside and spoke with the owner ****. **** asked me to give him a day so that he can go over surveillance video and he would get back to me and this was on March 8 Friday at about 3:30 PM. It is now March 11 Monday I called at 10:45 AM to follow up and the woman took a message with my phone number and said he would get back to me in about an hour, still no resolution. **** told me that he would review surveillance and they would see about compensation if he could prove it. I watched the young man jump or climb on top of the Jeep using something, and I seen something fall to the ground which I assumed it was my windshield wiper cap , when I arrived at home, my security system on the jeep kept going off saying theres an error. I walked around to the right side of the vehicle and noticed my antenna was snapped off. Attached is photos of the jeep with the antenna which you will have to zoom in and then after the car wash without the antenna the other two pictures are of what it will cost me to repair it myself. When I took it to jeep they were asking for $150 just for the antenna system not for the actual antenna so its going to be cheaper for both of us, if I repair it myself.

    To whom it may concern, 

     

    ******* Floquencio called on the specified dates that were stated above. Immediate notes were taken, reviewing of cameras, and ultimately compensation were given for the  antenna. It is company policy for reviewing of complaints on the camera footage. As soon as the complaint was confirmed, all of **************** complaints were handled as quickly as humanly possible. We apologized for the incident and paid the total amount for the antenna repair. On March 24, 2024 ************************* was paid out $75.00 to cover the remounting cost. ******* was contacted back the exact same day of the complaint and the days following to keep open communication.  Happy customers are very important to us and its unfortunate that paying for the repair did not resolve the issue. Please let us know what the next steps are to rectify this situation.

    The complaint was made prior to the reimbursement given and their response was also after reimbursement. I am satisfied with the reimbursement but will never use their services again due to huge inconvenience and time it took for me to finally receive everything and repair.

    Also I was not contacted back the same day 3/8 as claimed in the response when the incident was reported or the following days. I also understand that they are busy. As am I. I called daily and left my contact info each time. So on 3/12 I made the choice to file a formal complaint. I also have my phone records printed incase its needed. Again I am satisfied with the reimbursement received on 3/24 and also thanked the woman who gave it to me. So the response that is now almost 2 weeks later after it has been resolved is irrelevant and also could of done without the lie.
