      I paid for my 1st free subscription box, and never received it so contacted support. They told me since it said it was delivered they wouldn't refund (my $7 shipping). Therefore I cancelled my subscription then and there. They continued to charge me $36 for the next months box, so once more, I contacted them to cancel and refund. No refund or box delivered. ONCE MORE they charged me yet AGAIN $36 FOR ANOTHER MONTH! mind you I have cancelled now 3 times with NO merchandise! None of my money has been refunded, they refuse to cancel my subscription and continue to charge my account and not send me a thing! I've explained ever single time that I want to cancel and I demand to be refunded for everything I've never even received, not to mention all the cancellations for their subscriptions! Not a sole response from the company. Even disputes filed through my bank have been denied by babebox, so this now is flat out stealing money. I need help getting my $73 back and blocking them from taking more unauthorized money from my account after several cancelled subscription attempts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY PRACTICE BAD BUSINESS AND VIOLATE SEVERAL CODES RIGHTS AND LAWS!

      I am rejecting this response because: i had cancelled my subscription after never receiving my 1st order. your company illegally charged my account for 2 more months. i took the 1st order never received as a loss but i refuse to pay for the 2 months after i cancelled the subscription, especially since never have received them and also RE-cancelled to prevent the mistake from happening yet again, in which it continued for 2 more payments.

      Hello I bought a BabeBox and 2 Mystery Items on November 1, 2022. It is now November 28, 2022. I still haven't received my BabeBox or 2 Mystery Items. They have taken the money off my card. I tried emailing them 2 times and left a message for them on the bottom of their website. I just want my BabeBox and 2 Mystery Items!!! I am sending screen shots of my purchase and that it shows it's not even sent yet.

      I signed up the the subscription and paid for 12 months in advance. After the initial sign up in April 2022, I received my first box right away. Each month, the boxes are supposed to ship out between the 14th-18th each month. I have not received my May box, no email for shipment confirmation, and no response from the business as to what is going on. There is no phone number to call, either. I have sent 3 emails and haven't gotten a response.

Your second order has been created. The future orders will be created every 1st of each month.       I ordered the babe box online after a promotion was advertised for a free box with paid shipping. I've kept that subscription for several months but have recently wanted to cancel. I've tried accessing my account multiple times with the email I used when I signed up. The company emails me at this same address all the time but the website gives me the error there is no email matching mine on their system. Also their has been no communication when I've tried to email with the contact us feature on the website. I've asked for my subscription to be canceled and they have not responded. There is no number to speak with a representative to get help. It seems they take your money and don't care about resolving any issues. A couple of times my box arrived with broken make up and there is no way to get anyone to help. I want my subscription canceled ASAP. I will be contacting my bank to cancel any authorizations for this company if something isn't done soon. Very scammy to get people by offering a free item and then not allowing them to cancel like advertised at any time. I'll be continuing with ***** Babe box has been disappointing to say the least.

      I got one of their free boxes which means you get a box to see how you like it I guess and just pay shipping when I got the box and inspected the product they were small and the colors were too light I contacted them and told them I would like to cancel this subscription because the items are small and the colors are not for someone who is African American which I am I go to check my card and all of a sudden I have a 35 dollar charge on my credit card and some email saying thanks for your purchase when I purchased nothing from them I was in shock they just used my card and charged it without my permission I do not feel comfortable with them having my card now and would like them to cancel any subscription still there like I asked in the first place , to tear up any of my personal information and give me my money back that should be illegal what their doing
