    Purchased a Glamour Infra Red Light Therapy device for $6000 on 10/25/23 at Luxury Cosmetic #**, *********. Since this purchase the item stopped working and was returned to the distributor, (Glamour ********) for a replacement. Initially the device failed to work on Dec 6,2023 and after contacting Glamour ******** I was instructed to return the defective device for a replacement. The replacement was received on Jan 24, 2024, which meant that we had been without the device for 7 weeks. The replacement device has now stopped working and will need to be returned to **************** once again for a new one, and we will be without something that we paid a large amount of money for. I spoke with the distributor about a full refund and was told that we would have to contact the retailer where we purchased the device. In contacting the retailer, Luxury Cosmetic #**, I was informed that there are No Refunds and only Exchanges within 14 days, so I am out of luck getting a refund for this. My recommendation for this retailer is BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    I went into their store and made the mistake of allowing them to put an eyecream on me that I ended up having a horrible allergic reaction to. I was also talked into purchasing additional products that were to be shipped to me, but never arrived. I both emailed and called to tell them to cancel the products and was told i had to file a dispute- that they couldn't help me

    On Oct. 14th while on a weekend getaway to *********, I was given a complementary eye treatment at Luxury Cosmetics #55 at the address referenced in my complaint (address per my receipt- the product itself is Forever Flawless). The staff was super-friendly and made me feel great about the results. They even talked up my husband as I was being treated. I was sold the product they used for $160.00 before tax. I was told it would last me for two years. I knew that part wasn't likely, but I was still happy with my purchase. Until I got home and tried it- the bottle was completely empty. Zero product could be extracted. I felt so disappointed, then angry, then embarrassed that I fell for this scam, that it took me a few weeks to get back to angry that this business is probably doing this all the time. I would like a full refund. I would also like to report them to the BBB as a warning to others.
