Please note that ***** has not contacted us or given us the opportunity to assist with her order in any capacity. We verified her address, and it matches the one we have on file. We have processed a reshipment, which should arrive within 2-5 business days.
The hard cards are not a purchased item, so they are complimentary provided, and at our discretion. If we receive mail marked as "returned to sender," we do not reship it.
Since we followed our terms, we request the complaint not be counted as a complaint.

Purchase transaction was made 2/28/25. I had reached out to *** several times via email and phone, ***************** weeks prior to no avail. Im an employer who scheduled a group class for today. Obviously, this phone number is not assigned to customer service. I need to add 2 attendees to the class to get the group rate for a total of 9 attendees. Well, the system wants to charge for 5 additional. The 2 Attrny has already paid me, took the course and passed the exam but cannot register to get their certificates because I need to pay but it will have to be non-group rate and possibly them having to retake the exam.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out. We wanted to clarify that we did not receive any emails prior to March 1st (Saturday), and we have been responding in a timely manner.
Our group purchase system requires a minimum order of 5 students at a time. For your reference, we have attached a screenshot of our Groups page for further clarification.
To resolve this, you can purchase the additional 5 seats in your group account. If your trainees have already completed the course, they can simply use your group link to bypass the course and proceed directly to the test. Once they pass, they will be added to your group admin page. Next, you can email us at ********************************** and request a refund for the original orders.
We also kindly request that this complaint not be counted, as we have followed our terms and conditions and have not caused or contributed to any issue.

Hi, we hope this message finds you well. The customer placed their order on 10/15/24 and reached out on 11/12/24 to let us know they had not received their card. To provide context, weve attached two sets of email exchanges where we requested the customers confirmation of their shipping address before sending a replacement, to ensure it arrives at the correct destination. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from the customer, and it has now been over nine days since our last communication.
We kindly ask you to reach out to the customer and request that they reply to our email or confirm their shipping address here. Once we receive the necessary information, well be happy to send out a replacement card promptly. As part of our policy, we always verify the shipping address before reshipping to avoid delivery issues.
We also respectfully ask that the complaint be removed, as **** made multiple efforts to resolve this issue but have not received the information needed to fulfill the order. Additionally, this inquiry has exceeded our 30-day refund policy.

I purchased a CPR course from this company which ended up not being accepted by my credentialing board. I emailed the company to inquire if they could get credentialed by Wisconsin, and received an email response stating that was not a possibility at this time but that I could receive a refund. However when I replied to inquire how to get the refund, they replied back 11 days later and stated I was beyond the refund window. I am frustrated that they first offered a refund, and now they drug their feet and declined the refund. This company is a fraud.Business Response

Our website clearly states in several prominent areas, including the header, footer, FAQs, course information page, disclaimer, and Terms of Service, that customers should verify requirements with their employer or licensing board before making a purchase. ***** made her purchase on 07/27/24, and the refund eligibility period expired 30 days later, on 08/26/24.
We received Tracys initial request for a refund on 10/01/24, which was well beyond the refund window. Despite this, in the interest of maintaining positive customer relations and as a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a refund for her, even though it was outside of our stated policy, which is 30 days found here: *************************************************

*** completed an online Basic Life Support course 9/20/2024 and paid for shipping of the certificate/wallet card. I was under the impression that the certificate will ship within 24hrs of complete payment and I will receive it within 2-5 business days. I reached out to customer support twice requesting assistance on delivery issues to no avail. My complaint is the company misleading advertisement of shipping materials after payment, lack of customer support, no notification of shipment and no information on how to request a refund. We've been operating for over a decade using the same certification information without any issues. Our certificates clearly indicate they are "Valid for 2 years." Therefore, if a customer completed their course on January 4th, ****, the certificate's validity would extend until January 4, ****. We also provide a sample certificate on our homepage, located just beneath the phrase, "Click the Button Below for a Certificate Preview." The details on the certificate are recognized and accepted by tens of thousands of employers throughout *****************.
