Switched credit card processing. Was promised increased savings in fees. Was NEVER told that I had to sign a contract. Was NEVER told that I had to LEASE the equipment until I had agreed to switch. Was NEVER told that I had a 1,2,3,or 4 year lease option. I told them my business was for sale and it could happen within the year. They disregarded this info and said that would not be a problem. They sent me a contract and just said "sign here". I had no idea it was for leasing the equipment and it was for 4 years !! The business was sold and I RETURNED the equipment. I called and told them we were no longer in business. They tried to force me to pay over $2000 for the machine i had already returned !! They are now attempting to extort funds from my bank account ! I put a block on that and now they are continuing to harass me with emails and letters ! I told them that I would agree to pay them for one year which ends in Feb. 2025. They LIED to me and they are threatening me at this point. I want it to stop immediately ! My business is sold. I want nothing more to do with them. I want other businesses to be aware of their deceitful practices and tactics. They knew my business was for sale and they NEVER offered me or informed me of the different lease options. Azura Leasing, *********************************************************************** is their mailing address. Azura Leasing, ************************************************************************************************* is their main office address.

Our company deals exclusively with commercial, business to business contracts.  Ms. ***** did not include any business information in her complaint, so I'm unable to look up her account.  If she can provide the legal and *** name of her company, we are happy to investigate and address her complaint.

    Signed contract in Feb. 2024

Failure to disclose options for lease: They deceptively gave me a 4 year contract when they knew I wanted only 1 year due to possible sale of business. Business was sold in Aug. 2024. Returned equipment back and was told I had to pay over $2000 regardless of whether my business was sold or not. Failure on their part in my opinion ! Was told there would be no problem in the beginning because they just wanted me to sign. They attempted to take funds out of my bank account after the machine was returned. I had to block their attempts. I have agreed to pay the monthly fee until Feb. 2025 which would be under the agreed one year lease. They are still attempting to extort funds from my account even after I have paid. What I want is for them to be accepting of the fact that I know longer have a business, that I am agreeing to pay their monthly fee until Feb. and just be a good business at this point. I honestly do not understand why they are trying to force me to pay for something I know longer have nor need. They have their machine and thats basically what they are trying to get me to pay for.

We have received and reviewed Ms. ******* complaint.  It appears that the company Ms. ***** is complaining about is actually her processor, Adara Group, who set up her merchant processing account and lease for equipment, which Azura Leasing later financed.  On 2/1/24, Azura Leasing received an application for leasing from Adara Group, on behalf of ********************  Ms. ***** had signed and initialed the agreement and had further provided her driver's license and voided check. Based on the business being in good standing, and Ms. ******* credit as a personal guarantor, we approved the lease.  On 2/7/27, our office received delivery confirmation for the equipment as well as a recorded verification call in which Ms. ***** verified she had received and installed the equipment and that she agreed to the terms of the lease.  We are more than happy to provide a copy of the recorded phone call if requested.

We cannot speak to the veracity of her claims of discussion during the sales process as Azura has no part in that process.  We simply approved her application and once all of our requirements and safeguards had been met, we executed her lease.

We would encourage Ms. ***** to contact her processor, Adara Group, to discuss the allegations in her complaint.

They call and present themselves as "merchant services" from your existing *********** processor and try to get info from you for your "audit". They are a third party trying to sell services and they are misleading about who they are and what they offer. I called back and told them to take our business off of the call list and they get snotty and tell you that you don't understand what you are talking about. This is scammy and I do not want them to call again.
