first of all, I called One nevada and told them that I will not make a payment in June and gave them a promise to pay off my loan on July 3rd (social security payment date). I live on my social security checks. on July 2nd, they then reported to the credit agencies that I was delinquent. I called them recently about the end of August about it and she said that was done by a 3rd party and she didn't know who it was. She also said that they had sent the auto payoff info to ***********.Then the very next day after I called them and they reported to the 3 bureau that my account was closed and caused another ding on my credit report. It did not show that I paid off my loan. I feel that One Nevada did this out of spite. Now I'm going to have to fight the credit agencies to have it corrected.

I went into the ***** Office in **** and told the MALE customer service rep I wanted to close my account. He said to just clear out any funds and the account would automatically close. As I was closing the account, I had written my rent check. I wanted to make sure it cleared so I deposited $100.00. They charged me an overdraft fee of $35.00 for the rent check on 8/9 when at the SAME TIME I had deposited $5.00 and 10.00 which would have covered the rent check. Instead they started assessing EXCESSIVE fees EVERY DAY without my knowledge. On 8/23 I deposited another $100.00 so my car insurance of 63.31 would be covered....again not knowing they had assessed so many fees the account in severe overdraft. EVERY DAY since 8/24 they have assessed fees without my knowledge. I received a call from them 9/20 saying I had nearly $200.00 in fees. I was floored. I went into the ***** Office and the male customer service rep just sat there, looking like a fool. This is outlandish and unethical.

I applied to One Nevada Credit union for an auto loan after having an account with them for almost 10 years. I also had one other previous loan that was secured to build credit with them that was paid in full. I applied to them they denied the loan, and when I asked why was given vague explanations and they refused to answer why it was denied. They said I would get a letter in the mail which was never received. I had asked specifically if it had to do with 2 payments on my credit with *** that were marked as late when I got sick with covid and I had contacted *** and asked them to move the payments out which they did, but it was still reported as late. The one nevada rep told me that the notes said there were late payments. I asked if they reviewed the letter attached to my credit which explained why there were 2 late payments, she said it doesn't matter. They made the decision and if I wanted to dispute it then I would have to wait for the letter, which never came.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/01) */ correspondence was mailed to our member addressing this issue. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I never received the letter with the explanation. On top of that why can't they discuss it with you on the phone when your talking to a loan officer? The ONLY negative on my credit was when I got sick with COVID and wasn't working, and I contacted *** about being sick and they offered to move the payments to the end of the lease. Unfortunately *** marked the payments as late on my credit even though though they were the ones that suggested moving them. The bank should at least be willing to discuss the issue with you since you are talking with them directly. Instead they push it off saying you will get a letter, which I never got! Trying to talk to a supervisor they wont let you do. I have seen other online complaints about this bank for not only this but other issues. They really don't care about their customers, only making money for themselves. I would like to actually speak to a loan manager or someone that can actually explain the exact reason why they wouldn't even review the entire file instead of just the summary that showed the 2 late payments. Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2021/11/02) */ The credit union reached out to our member and discussed the member's concerns. We consider the issue resolved.
