    When I checked my credit reports, I noticed that the following accounts are being Re-aged and reporting derogatory collections on my consumer reports every month. This is illegal and not in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This is double jeopardy and unfair credit reporting. This is also a violation of my consumer rights according to what I've read in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. 1681c(a)(5). Delete these accounts off my credit report because I am not liable for them. CRAs are mandated to provide 100% accuracy in reporting, and they are not. Other violations include 15 U.S.C. 1681a (2)(i): Exclusions, Late Payments are Transactions and aren't to be reported on credit reports. Collections Accounts: ********* CAPITAL SYSTEMS 370218XXXXXXX, and I C SYSTEM *** 159016XXX. Other violations under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act- 15 U.S.C. 1681g: Disclosures to consumers, and Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681 for willful noncompliance. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A, and 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, I have the right to privacy, and I never gave consent to any CRAs or anyone to furnish my accounts without my written instructions. Late payments are are also reporting late payments on closed accounts, violating my rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681e: Compliance Procedures and Accuracy of Report, and 15 U.S.C. 1681s2: Responsibilities of furnishers. There is also a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1666(b): Billing Error. Creditors can't treat a payment as late for any purpose. Delete these accounts and mail me a consumer report/ file with corrections please. I'm making this complaint without third-party assistance.

You must also include the required documentation listed on the form so that we are able to validate your identity prior to sending sensitive personal information. 


    Since you stated that you are a victim of identity theft, we would highly recommend  that you request to have a Security Freeze placed on your DataX credit report by completing the enclosed Consumer Credit Freeze form, as well.

    I'm requesting that DataX make corrections to my credit file for the following accounts. I checked all three of my credit reports and found a lot of inaccuracies that need to be corrected, and are not being reported In Accordance With the ***** I never gave DataX my consent to share my information. Inaccurately reported accounts: CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPOR- Account #********, KOHLS DEPARTMENT STORE - ****************, ******* BANK - ****************. Reporting late payments on a credit report is illegal and very damaging to my credit (15 U.S Code 1681a(2)(B): Exclusions). This is a violation of the ***** 15 U.S.C. 1666(b) Billing Error, and 15 U.S.C. 1681a(2)(A)i - Definitions; Rules of Construction states that a report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer, and the person making the report. This means that late payments/ transactions are illegal and are not to be reported on a credit report. I request the immediate removal of all late payments, and Update my payment history to PAANL status immediately. 15 U.S.C. 1666b also prohibits treating a payment on a credit card account as late under an open-end consumer credit plan. Please mail me a corrected copy of my credit file asap. Delete these late payments. I had no 3rd party help with my complaint.

    I checked my credit reports today and found this inaccurate account on my credit reports and noticed that the ************************ (Some Owned by the Major CRAs), and ************************* have violated my consumer protected rights according to the ***** The following Companies: *************************, LLC - *****, NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS ***** #####**, COLUMBIA DEBT RECOVERY PRS0SRXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - and PROFESSIONAL CREDIT SERVICE - #######################**** have been repeatedly reporting inaccurate information and it's stressed me out and is causing my family to suffer as well in many ways. This has motivated me to research and annotate the violations against my consumer rights as follows: Violation of the **** under 15 U.S Code ****a(2)(B): Exclusions from a consumer report, 15 U.S Code ****b permissible purpose of consumer reports. I've Never given anyone my permission to share or report any of my information. All have violated 15 U.S. Code ****e(b): Compliance Procedures, and 15 U.S. Code ****i (5): Reporting inaccurate accounts and they can't be verified with proof that I have requested already. U.S.C Code **** Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions; I never gave anyone written instructions. 15 U.S. Code ****c - Requirements relating to information contained in consumer reports. 15 U.S.C ****c(a)(5) States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing Any other adverse item of information. You've also violated the United States Code Law under TILA, 15 U.S. Code 1666(b) Billing error. All of this research was exhausting, but I did it all by myself, with No 3rd Party assistance.
