    This 32teehcheckup facility demanded that I pay $2,000.00 in ************* only; which I did paid in full and they promised to take care of my teeth but then scammed me. They kept on delaying to see me for services for 10 month and now kept on using all kinds of different excuses to avoid appointments for services and now said they have to shut down their business. Please help me get this resolve and also make this public so others are not scammed by them.

    We have no record of this person ever being a customer or patient. Can you please ask the person to submit proof of company issued receipt or documents to prove their allegations.

    Also enclosed is text messages between me and Customer Wynston Heartland.

    I can still have a dentist provide his dental treatment at no additional charge. However the customer has a personal schedule that he cannot accommodate his dental procedure to be completed. He has had a dental extraction completed , he has had bone grafting placed and he has had a temporary 3 unit bridge prep completed. The delivery of a 3 unit bridge was going to be at no additional charge to him. If he had no recieved any dental services I would have no problem providing him with a full refund. Unfortunately services have been Rendered and monies have exhausted any possibility of a refund. Also the customer keeps telling me his sister whom is a dentist in ********** keeps advising him on not to complete treatment at my business and has caused a friction between the customer and I after we have provided $2,000 in dental services already. See, text messages between me and Mr. ********** I'll send in separate email. My apologies for this delay in reply. My health hasn't been the greatest. All I can offer Mr. ********* is a dentist that can complete the 3 unit bridge at no charge to customer as in good faith to keep my promise of free dentistry of the 3 unit bridge.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I filed with the BBBB because *****, the owner of 32teethcheckup.com, kept delaying to schedule for the dentist treatment as promised. After about a year of her many delays and excuses, I adamantly told ****** that her dentist office will have to complete my dentist treatment ASAP because I have been waiting for too long and have endured much pain from their unfinished work. Nummerous times she promised to call back the next day to schedule but did not. Having waited for days and even weeks still no calls. When I called she then apologized and gave further excuses and delays. Finally she scheduled and had her dentist see me and grinded down both of my teeth to prepare for the 3 teeth eeh bridge. That day I also received a temporary bridge with the schedule of coming back in two weeks for the permanent bridge, but immediately the moment prior to my appointment for the permanent bridge, she called and gave me more excuses that her dentist died, then the next day that I called her she told me her dentist quit, her dentist stole my bridge impression, etc.

    From the last few texts and then phone conversations with ***** from August 9th to 11th of 2022, she tried to convince me to go and finish my dentist treatment elsewhere where and give her the bill and she'll pay for it. That's ridiculous and difficult to believe that she'll pay for it if she is not willing to refund my money for me to get services elsewhere. She also told me that she can no longer complete my dentist work, because she is going bankrupt. I told her it is more clear why she demanded and accept only cash, an entire $2,000.00 upfront, even before giving me the dentist treatment. I got so frustrated and demanded that she take full responsibility to get my dentist treatment done asap. She then called me back agreeing to have a different dentist provide the dental treatment at no additional charge. However after my having repeatedly informing her of my upcoming business travel and will need to install the bridge within two weeks before my travel on August 18th, she kept giving me appointments that conflict with my business trip and would not schedule any other dates that work for me. It was like she purposely kept on giving me conflicting scheduling for more delays or refusals to finishthe treatment as promised.

    Having me waited for about a year of delayed appointments and excuses, her office however did pulled my tooth, did the bone graph, grinded my teeth to prep for the bridge BUT DID NOT complete the dentist treatment of installing the permanent bridge as promised. So services have NOT been Rendered as she stated. Also, it is an outright lie for her to say I kept telling her about my sister whom is a dentist in ********** keeps advising me on not to complete treatment at her business and has caused a friction between the customer and her after we have provided $2,000 in dental services already. I told her that my dentist sister from out of state in ********** advised me to have ***** dentist office not delay any further and finish the treatment asap as promised. Furthermore, I don't know why ***** kept on changing phone numbers and calling and texting me from different phones, as if she is hiding evidence, but I kept record of these for proof.

    At this point, let's not keep on saying he says or she says what. The bottom line is to complete the treatment as promised and no more delays and excuses. I have informed ***** that the temporary has cracked open and I'm in much pain and need this treatment completed asap. If she is true to her testimony as she has said "I can offer Mr. ********* is a dentist that can complete the 3 unit bridge at no charge to customer as in good faith to keep my promise of free dentistry of the 3 unit bridge." Then let's do it asap and don't delay any further. It must be with a different dentist and office for I no longer feel safe to have treatment done at any of her facilities.

    Update : yesterday on Monday 10/17/2022 the consumer Wynston Heartland came in to resolve his dental concern and is presently in dental treatment with a dental provider of ours. The consumer / dental customer will be completed on Tuesday November 1, 2022. As of now the consumer is happy with services by our business. Please follow up with consumer to review his complaint with BBB for a real time update on his behalf. Thank You so much. We strive in making people happy. I reached out to this patient to attempt to make him happy and so far so good. Please contact consumer for a update. Thank You again.
