Per the company website, Abbey Dental has permanently closed and all services have been discontinued. Effective January 1st 2025, all records requests should go directly to the Custodian of Records at [email protected] or go to the inactive Abbey Dental website. Per Nevada law, records will be maintained for 5 years from the date of your last visit at which time they may be destroyed.
