    This place steals, cheats and lies. They tell you that it's affordable and yet I made a ***************** happen. I paid a deposit and I'm still waiting 6 months later the staff is rude no one listens they all life and not one person knows what to do.

    I paid over $400 for a replacement upper denture. I was only able to pay for the economy denture. I was explained at first visit that the more expensive options would be a better choice. I understood that the denture would not be as good as the other options. After the dentist began doing her inspection and looking over the x-ray she did end her opinions and explanation of the process, she was very clear and was assuring that because I chose the economy or cheapest denture that 99% of patients who had gotten the same economy denture was satisfied with the fit and the look of the denture they were paying for. I unfortunately was not as satisfied with my denture. It seemed to fit pretty well and even looked great I thought. A few minutes after looking at them in the mirror I noticed that one side was noticeably lower or higher, either way you want to say it It was very uneven. Not slightly but very uneven. I called and explained this to the assistant and she asked me to come back to the office the following day and that if it can be corrected at there office it will be corrected. The dentist refused to correct the problem and reminded me that I was given the option to purchase **************** that included minor repaires. The entire ************* me that it could be fixed easily within a few minutes. I asked the assistant and dentist that because I could only afford the economy denture that expecting the denture to be straight or even on both sides an issue that should be corrected regardless of the cost of the denture. Only the dentist herself disagreed and refused to repair the problem even on any customer expectation to receive a even fitting denture. Dentist argued with me for ten minutes and until I was getting angry and almost loosing ability to control myself. Result is I still have a crooked smile that is embarrassing.

    In May 2023, I went to Affordable Dentures and Implants in ****** for dentures. They took an impression and began work. In June I went in for a wax try in and the rim was too tall and loose. In July I went in and the wax had a sharp point that cause a very misaligned and crooked bite and was yelled at for pointing it out. The first tooth layout was severely crooked and misaligned. They continued. The next wax up had straighter teeth bit was still crooked, cockeyed, misaligned, too tall, and loose. This proceeded until I received dentures on 10/19/23 that were loose, too tall, crooked, misaligned, hold zero suction on their own, cause horrible jaw pain and move/fall out during eating causing pain and rubbing even with denture adhesive. The teeth are so loose that I have to reapply denture glue 2 to 5 plus times a day including after talking, eating, or drinking. I have tried to get an appointment for remake. I have tried to file a complaint with the office and corporate office. During the delivery and the one fitting appointment, the dentist (they got a new dentist after July) put denture glue in the teeth, stuck them in my mouth, and ushered me out the door. I have been brought to tears by staff and dentist, feel intimidated and am horrified at these teeth. They have breeched their contract of fit, function, and remedy thus far. I want a refund but will be left without teeth again with 3 to 6 month lead times from offices with signage for immediate and fast dentures.

    I went to Affordable Dentures to have snap-in implants placed in my mouth, uppers and lowers. I was told it would take approximately 8 months, it took 13 months. This began in 2021. At a cost of approximately ******** In late April of 2022 the process had been completed. I was told that I had very good bone mass during this process. After receiving my permanent implants/dentures I noticed that the implant post(left side)was not aligned with the denture therefore causing the * ring to fail whenever the dentures were removed.During one of the visits I was told that I would have to pay for a replacement post. A cost of *******. I had to travel approximately 75 miles round trip 7 times to have the * ring replaced but not only that it cost me an additional *****. I just took a trip there on 8/15/23 to have the * ring replaced again and was told that if it had to be replaced again it would cost me *****. *h and by the way after that last visit my snap ins are no longer snap ins. I can not remove them. Its like they put super glue in them.Also I was under the impression that there was a 3 year warranty on them for workmanship. Trust me this was very poor quality

    I went to Affordable Dentures on 8/14/23. The O'ring was replaced. I was told  by ************ that it should last at least 6 months to a year. He also said that I would have to start paying for the O'ring after that visit. Today is 8/25/23 and the O'ring has went out again.. I can not keep going to ***********, ** from *********, ** and paying ***** every time this O'Ring fails. Can you people help me..

    To whom it may concern, I have Not heard a word from these people. But the same O ring has gone bad again and now the dentures are not secure at all My last appt with them I was told that the rings should last from 6 months to a year. FYI. I was told after the procedure was done and several appts later to have a replacement O ring I was told that they would last a year. This time around it has been less than a month and the ring need replacing again. At my last appt. They said that I would have to start paying $35.00 for a replacement ring. *********** knows what the problem is but thus far they have not honored their 3 year warranty on workmanship. And I refused to give these people another dime. In the meantime I am researching other facilities that can do a better job and will honor their warranties. I still want to move forward with this case At this point in time the foods I can eat is soft or liquid. If I can get a call from someone there I can go thru a whole litany of the problems I have had since this procedure up to an including abrasions in my mouth that were caused by these dentures.     I can send you a copy of my X-ray from when I went to another facility for a free consultation. But I can only do it from my e-mail address. I honestly cannot do it on your web site. I have not learn how to do that yet. But they did affirm everything that I complained about in my previous messages. If I can get an e-mail address that I can forward to you I would I appreciate it. And No I have not heard from Affordable Dentures to date. Thanks

    I was told that number 1. One of the top post was skewed which caused the abrasions on my inner cheek. 2. which I did not know was that the post were not implanted deep enough. 3. And to confirm what I did say *********** said that I did not have enough bone mass to redo the post from number 1. Also *********** told me that the **rays would not show him anything when I asked him to look at them because he initially told me that I had good bone mass.     I went to ********* ********** ( where I had the entire procedure) for them to fix my permanent lower all on 4 (they broke a few months after I got them also they had a gap with a huge food trap) and they did not put all the screws in and 2 were just hanging out of the temp. They said they would put a rush on this so I wouldn't have to be like this for to long I told them that it was very uncomfortable. They broke May 14th I had to find a dentist were I live because Affordable dentures couldn't even see me for a few days. they did put a rush on them however they called a month later and said they had came in but they couldn't see me for 4 weeks I had told them in May that I only wanted the dentist to put the screws in because this is not the 1st time my screws had been placed incorrectly and some had double screws. I was so uncomfortable and the fixed denture was loose that I ended up finding a dentist here to help me because I couldn't take it anymore and I would like to be reimbursed for this. they should not have told me they put a rush and then tell me they were ready but they cant see me they new of the problems i was having.. I am so disappointed by this provider. even the new denture they just put in last week is still getting food trapped. I have had at least 6 teeth break since this procedure (I had upper and lower done) even the permanent have broken so I am always afraid of this happening again.

    My dentures never fit correctly, I couldn't eat with or without them, I tried & tried to eat with them with proval.. I lost 12 lb.s in 2 weeks because I could not eat.. I just want $600. of the $705 I paid for dentures.

    I drove to affordable dentures in ****** to from ********** ** for an April *************************************************************** some filler saying it would fix the problem next day. I flew back the next week to try on the press denture. I told them it didn't fit. It was too big. I came back that same day to a denture made from that mold very poorly fitting and pressure to sign saying it ******* or leave with nothing and start over. I couldn't afford to stay any longer so I caught my flight home. I paid **********************************. That's on my receipt

    I paid over **** dollars for my dentures around 6 months ago I have been contacting the same office I went to to see if my dentures were ready yet but they weren't and when I went to ****** the number it says that they are closed permanently!!! I would like my dentures or a refund asap I don't have the same address so if you are going to issue a refund instead of giving me my dentures then please do direct deposit to my checking account

    $1,400.00 for new dentures wear package. They told me they gave me a temporary denture and they said that I would have to wait a year before I get my permanent denture we're doing that time I had to have recession surgery on my head I had to get covered ear on ******** down they had to drill infection out of my face and then not only that 6 months later my mom had a surgery that's almost they gave her one percent chance of living and I did not go back any a lot of time which they specified but I can't help that I have family emergencies that came up in the last thing that was on my mind was dentures I was just worried about getting myself and my mother better and now they're saying that the place has been taken over by a new dentist and between the new dentist being there that I actually paid for when the old dentist was there and for the time that they cannot give me my dentures and I just don't know what to do instead of discouraged

    I purchased ultimate fit dentures on Feb. 23 **************************************************************************************************************************** nevada until March 2nd 2023 as I live in *********. They ended up having to do many wax try ins and did not get the denture to me until Monday February 27 2023. I then called the dentist the next morning on February 28th 2023 and they informed me they could not get me in that day or Wednesday for an adjustment as the denture did not fit and I had to fly home to ********* on Thursday March 2nd so they could not give me an adjustment. So I have tried to get service from my local affordable dentures but they informed me they cannot do anything as the dentures are not made correctly and they cannot warranty another offices work. So I have tried messaging thru the website and called and left 2 messages asking affordable dentures in Las Vegas for my full refund but no one will return any of my messages. They have a ********************************* your money back and I have asked them to return my calls so I can return the denture to them for a full refund as the denture is extremely poorly made and does not fit me and I cannot wear it. I cannot get back to Las Vegas to have them remade so I want a full refund as they advertise I can , but cannot get in contact with anyone.
