    My implants never fussed to my gums . I believe there were minor complications during my pressure that this problem would accrue but I was reassured that this was never gone be the case . I have half of a mouth of teeth and I cant eat Im starving Im losing to much weight . I need help I need your expert advice what to do because I cant even speak for myself because my mouth dont open with no teeth .i want my teeth that I loved and paid for thank you please reach out

    We called ***** ***** immediately after we saw this review because he never called us about any issues. We were asking ***** to please contact us so ASAP so that we can assist his concerns. We have even offered to help with any free accommodations for the patient because he lives relatively close by. 

    I have attached screenshots of all the text messages we have sent to ***** ***** to help him but he has not returned our calls or messages. We stand behind our work and we cannot help ***** if he won't let us.

    The quote I got was ****** that's nearly twice as much as they advertise

    This has been resolved it was nothing more then a misunderstanding. The only complaint I have is with bbb. I have called, and was told I can't take down the complaint even know it's not valid. Please remove this complained it's not valid. Thank you for your time

    Had a virtual consultation and everything seemed great so I put down a $250 deposit and scheduled a date a few months out. I have now been trying to contact them to reschedule for a couple weeks and I cannot get a response. I have tried calling multiple different phone numbers and left multiple messages, and I have emailed multiple times, and I get no response. It seems like a situation that was too good to be true and I was scammed out of $250

    Implant plug and s**** have fallen out twice. I went to another implant specialist, who advised me that the implant s**** had been put in incorrectly and the s**** was damaged. I asked him to put the s**** back in and the s**** was so damaged that it was not able to be used. He recommended I go back to Bionic smile. I made Bionic smile aware of the situation and sent them the pictures of the defective s**** all to them not responding to me.

      Please remove this complaint because this person has made a complaint about our company even though he went to a different business called *************  ************ is located next door to us at ******************************************************************. This person has never even been to our office at Bionic Smile and we have never treated him as a patient. We are located next door at **************************  We have no problem with this person putting a complaint against ************ but we dont want him putting complaints against us because we have never seen him as a patient. We are not related to ************ other than we are located in the building next door.

    I have proof that I was charged by Bionic smile. They were running two names for the same business and now evidently they are deciding to cancel out Abbey ******* I have a receipt showing Bionic smile charged me. I dont know why they are unethical and wanting to provide service. I sent the manager **** a picture of the receipt. They are trying to pull a fast one. Ill be Dental and Bionic smile are one and the same.

    Bionic Smiles repaired what was needed to be replaced. They are honoring the 25 year policy. The owner showed a lot of Integrity. Definitely Happy!! I would like to withdraw my complaint.

    Was told the most out of pocket would be 23k when I called to verify to make sure I had enough money for the procedure it went up by 10k more I put down a 250 deposit paid for air fair hotel and rental car how can people be so dishonest it was a classic bait and switch case.

    We worked out the Circumstance and it was a miscommunication from the manager *****. The owner reached out to me and I worked out the process to get my teeth repaired and implant put in the original $23,000 price the manager was thorough I needed a different  procedure that was going to be more expensive He thought I needed more work done than what I was actually getting and never stated that to me, but we did resolve this issue.. so Im removing my complaint against them. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused them and you .

    I contacted Bionic smile via the Internet application they then called me by phone told me all about it got a phone DR ******* immediatly, he showed me around the facility virtually and then promised an upper and lower full denture made out of the best material on the market for $8999 per arch, they promised they would get me an affordable livable payment even if we had to use 3 different companies, he took my information over the phone and tol d me just in case things went worse than the $22,000.00 they promised they said let us apply for $33,000.00 I said okay the took my $250 deposit and then I get this letter saying they applied for $42,000.00, I am assuming so they can skim the 10k off of the top without my knowledge, immediately after I paid them the $250 deposit I began getting fraud calls from my Bank and had to terminate that card the following business day right after the $250 deposit cleared... I requested the money back because I did not qualify with ANY of the financer links he sent to me and so I had to cancel the procedure now they refuse to give me back my deposit because of the card being shut off due to the fraudulent attempts on my card after giving Bionic Smile my information so I want my money back and them investigated for embezzling monies they add to a person's loan without our knowledge

    Fortunately, we are posting proof that this customer was refunded his deposit directly back on his same credit card. We never keep deposits from customers who do not start treatment. We feel bad that this customer's credit standing was so bad that lead all of our partner financing companies to deny him.  We have tons of customers who just pay $8999 per arch and not a dime more but there may be circumstances where an extraordinary procedure maybe necessary.  No one at Bionic Smile has ever applied for more money that what a customer would need, and we can assure anyone who is considering seeing us that they will be treated with the utmost respect and integrity.  We hope that this customer can understand that we do not turn customers down but instead the financing companies turned him down.  Once again, we hope this customer can write something nice about us now that he realized that his deposit was refunded directly to his credit card.

    I am rejecting this response because: they also submitted a loan request for 42 thousand when I only gave authorization to borrow 33 thousand in my name WHAT FRAUD were they trying to preform at my expense??? I submitted a copy of loan rejection letter in my first complain I want it investigated for how many other people they have done this to in the past. ALL WE POOR PEOPLE WANT ARE TEETH and someone takes our desperate need and ***** us with it...No I want them investigated for fraud.

    We understand Miss ****** frustration. We want all of our patients to be happy, have beautiful teeth with a fantastic smile. Our representative sent a financing link to ***************. *************** submitted the financing request directly on the financing link, to the financing company, that we sent her. She submitted the application. Our office did not have any part in submitting the financing application to the lending company. Unfortunately, all of our patients do not get approved for financing. If she were approved, we must submit a signed loan acceptance contract signed by the patient for the exact amount of the procedure. We wish her the best in getting her dental work completed in the future.
