We just found out in October that we paid our "friends" at ClickIt Social roughly $12,000 to not do what they said they could/would. They were supposed to monitor our website. They never even got all the information correct on our website.caught that in Oct too. If I wanted any changes, I had to almost always ask multiple times. Biggest problem with Clickit Social was they were supposed to send us all our appointments. They did not. We found out recently that owners of Click It Social had refused to check their settings. Even though I complained about this exact situation already and asked if my appointment button on the website even worked. They refused to check even though other clients had the EXACT same claims prior to us. It appears their egos were to fragile, to ever think they should actually CHECK if they are the problem. Now we are paying for it. I was told everything was working fine. Just like the others were told. We all were told it was our fault. We are just the only ones to not accept that and paid to hire a 3rd party professional prove it was their fault. This could be a class action easy. We confronted owners. They blamed us. They attacked us. Art contacted my husband privately to slander me. Art literally threatened both of us. He threatened us with blackmail. He told us he went to the police about us. He threatened to find my children's father, to help him take my kids from me. Court is over and I won...so not sure how he's going to try and harm my kids...He said he will sue us. He threatened to go to people that I'm literally about to sue or am actually suing to help them harm me further. He threatened me with some lawyer I've never heard of. All we did was pay a professional tech to see why we lost that kind of revenue. We want our money back. We did not deserve this. One of the owners JP literally admitted in TEXT that they discovered the vital setting had "inadvertantly been deselected". So they knew. And that was our treatment.
