    I have work with a couple of IBOs and So glad I was turned onto D&M Production as my IBO for working from home, as imho they are the best. It is very hard to find a company that no only supports you as a work from home person but also helps you succeed. Edwin and Dan both go to bat for us when it comes to missing hours, missing pay, issues outside of our control, etc. Dan Is so helpful in many ways and is always there to assist in making sure that we are able to service our clients. Edwin and Dan are both there when you need them and make it possible for me to continue to work from home. I have been with them for over 2 years now and have no plans to go anywhere else if I can help it.

    As a 71 y/o retired exective, I thought I'd like nothing more than to do what retirees do. That lifestyle wasn't for me. As luck would have it, I met Dan ****** and Edwin *** the principals of D&M Productions and began a new career as a Customer Service Professional working from home. Dan & Edwin are a pure joy as they provide excellent support and outstanding communication via the numerous channels they provide to their agents. Without hesitation I would recommend D&M Productions to any of my peers seeking a new career after retirement. I can honestly say that my mental acuity is sharper, faster and more focused than before I began this journey three years ago. I have D&M Productions for that!

    Dr Dan Steele & Edwin Yee are the best IBO's I have ever had! They take care of Any and All issues if there are any concerns. They are very hard working. They make sure everything is how it should be when it comes to their Agents. I love them both!

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dan and Edwin. They have been a fantastic team to work for. It's been an honor that I get to be a part of it. They are smart, ambitious, dedicated and driven. Attentive and vigilant! They have massive integrity and would fight to the end for you. They are honest and really do care about their agents.     I have been working with this company for almost a year and plan on staying with them, Dan and Edwin has always been transparent with everything since I started, I have never had an issue and I highly recommend this company.     Worst company I have ever tried to work for. Their customer support sucks and their owners don't care what's going on. The owners waited til after the first day of class then they dropped me out of the class without saying a word.
