    I asked them to alter my "Brand new White Dress" to simply cut the sleeves. I asked them two things, A) This is a brand new white dress that has no stain at all, so please be careful about that and do not leave this in any dirty places since i had such an experience at other store. that woman Susan, said "thats other store not us" B) I asked them to save the cut off fabric from the sleeves. when I went to pick up, they did not have the sleeves, no apologies or nothing, they looked into TRASH BINS kept me 10 mins to bring these from the trash bin. When i got home to check my dress, there alllll the black stains all over my White Brand New Dress. They denied to apologize nor pay me back, (I wanna ask for the alteration fees and the cost of dress) and the owner RICK told me that I did it (stained the brand new white dress that I just altered) myself. After I looked into ****** reviews and ***** they have done same exact things to other customers. which he denied and blamed on them like he did to me. I cannot let this kind of scam live in my town. just FYI, I cannot buy exactly the same dress anymore since its SOLD OUT. I want you to call them and tell them that I need my dress fees back. w

    Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/05/13) */ Case#XXXXXXXX 05/12/2022 The customer (******** ********) dropped a white dress for shortening sleeves and fix front seam. She picked up the dress on 4/21/22 and while on property she asked the tailor for pieces of garment she cut from sleeves and the tailor Susan returned them from a basket under her tailoring table that she keeps all pieces of alteration in case a customer asks for it. According to our customer that is considered trash!!! The tailor Susan did nothing but alter her Dress to her satisfaction. She did not stain her dress that she is accusing her of it. We have video footage of her checking the dress top to bottom for few minutes with no issues. This customer made racist comments against us verbally and on internet, she harassed the store CSR with phone calls and threats and extortion by telling Rick if we give her money back she will remove the bad reviews. We asked her to bring back the dress to see what the issue was and she refused. We have clear signage stating we are not responsible to what happens (to your garment) once you leave the store. You don`t resolve a problem/case with foul language in civilized world! Also we don`t apologize for something we did not do. We have been in business for 30 years and scam artists like her are calling businesses doing scam to get their way! First she said there were couples of like blue spots on the dress that we saw on **** and now she says her dress had black spots all over. Which story to believe! We also looked into ****** and reviews in **** and there is no business in town that can make her happy. This scam never admit their mistake (staining my white brand new dress and trashed the fabric when I told them to save them) and no apologies. Admit what you've done and apologize, this is what normal people do.. If you make a mistake, you'll apologize.
