    I was having a problem with an online purchase and the company referred me to Ask-Crew for resoluttion. Ask-Crew said the charge would be $1 which would be refundable in certain circumstances. Checked my credit card and they have charged me $72.37. I contacted my credit card provider to have the chages reversed and they informed me that Ask-Crew had signed me up for a monthly subscription. There was never any mention of a subscription service in our interactions. i have cancelled this credit card and would like to tell everyone that Ask-Crew is a SCAM.

    I had fraud on my phone where the fraudsters took over the my phone putting it in SOS Mode. I thought I was talking with my phone provider Spectrum through my computer as I had no way of calling out. I was brought to the sight that I thought was Spectrum it stated it was a refundable $1.00 charge. The person on the other end said they could not help me that I needed to go back to my provider. When my phone was finally fixed within I noticed a email from ASKCREW, I cancelled ASAP. The next day I noticed ASKCREW took out $46.00 out of my account. I called and stated I wanted a full refund I did not authorize $46.00 dollars, the response I received was you will receive an email within 48 hours. The customer service *** from ********************** asked if I had questions. I asked why did they say a dollar refundable charge and take out $46.00. My question was not answered. I received a partial refund of $23.00. I have called ASKCREW again ask asked for a full refund. I got the same response you will receive an email within 48 hours.

    Ask-Crew have charged my credit card with $47.00 and apparently this is a recurring charge. I did not enter into any arrangement with Ask-Crew, have no need of their services , and want any and all money billed to me refunded.

    I had accidentally ordered a product from ******. When I looked up the contact number I was routed to this company. I was asked for a credit card number for a $1.00 surcharge to process the refund. Instead they enrolled me into a program without my consent and charged my account $46.00 with a recurring monthly fee.

    I ordered food from a delivery service I use frequently. The driver delivered a sealed pkg. Three items were missing. Called restaurant and they referred me to delivery service. Services website referred me to Ask-Crew to help me. They requested a $1 fee which I paid. Then I found they were a tech service and had charged a $46 recurring monthly fee for future services. They had nothing to do with the delivery service. I could enter "stop" but there was no place to enter. I will call my ************ to try to stop payment but I don't know how to get my money back. I did not ask them to assist me once I realized that is was a possible scam. I would like to get my $46 back.

    trying to sign out of my galaxy tablet went to ******* they put me on this ask-crew and said theyd charge me 1 dollar then when i looked in my email they charged me ***** for a subscription I did not order...I so not have an account so no one is letting me cancel

    I used Ask-Crew.com to attempt to recover an email address. $1.00 was charged plus $46.00 for a subscription that I did no not sign up for. The next day I requested that my subscription be cancelled because Ask-Crew failed to recover the email address. I checked with my credit card provider and was requested to provide proof that they were notified about the situation. I have sent thre emails and have not had a reply. Would appreciate any help with this.

    July 29 2024 I had to use ask crew regarding ****** issue I was informed that the charge for that conflict was $1.00. Never was any other fee was informed. I found a charge to my bank account which I did NOT agree to. I want that refunded to me and if there is an active subscription IMMEDIATELY canceled
