1 starI only had my scooter 6 months and it broke down on Super Bowl Sunday and I tried multiple times and found out from another company that they are out of business and no replacement parts are available so I was stuck buying another company $650 on the first scooter (which is now junk) and $750 on a refurbished scooter under full warranty. And Scooter Supermarket sold it to me with a couple year old batteryReview fromShahinaz G

1 starI've bought a scooter for my elderly mom from Scooter Supermarket on 8/10/2024, we received it with almost 5% charged, looks nice, but next day it was not charged although we plug in over night, I tried again and again, the battery is not charging, I called them many many times but no answer I left many voicemail but no call back, after two weeks of calling and no response, I dispute the charge with my credit card, the credit card open investigation for 30 days, I was able to connect with someone through the credit card call, he told me he wants to see the damages, I explained to him there is no physical damages, but the battery is not charging, he asked me to take a video and email it to him, and he told me he will email me and I should respond to his email, I keep waiting for many days, I never received any emails from them, the deny my dispute with the credit card, and the credit card told me they will try again and it will take another 30 days, the credit card came back with another denial from the scooter supermarket, It’s definitely not ethical to sell a faulty product, especially when it affects the safety and wellbeing of a senior citizen, and it seems like the company hasn’t followed through on its obligations.Review fromYolandra S

1 starI purchased this scooter, and the seat would not lock in place. I contacted them, and they have yet to contact me back. What they did was have a repair rep call, and he was to walk me through trying to fix the chair over the phone. When I requested to return for a refund, they informed me that I would be liable for shipping and a 20% restock fee. The scooter has been sitting in my living room floor for over 3 months. Today, my bank informed me that they were reversing the charge and that the customer stated that I had not returned the item, so they would not honor the dispute. They also said that I was to return it in 1-3 days for a fund, however their repair person did not contact me for over a week. I had to purchase another scooter, and now they want me to pay for one that I cannot use. I had not checked the Bureau beforehand, and everyone had a complaint.Review fromAnthony D

1 starThere's no way to email them. They don't accept incoming phone calls. You leave a message, but they don't call you back. I ordered their electric scooter in preparation of my major foot surgery. plates, screws, pins etc. I purchased it about a month prior so it would be assembled and ready when I was able to use it. When I was ready to use it, I discovered the battery doesn't hold a charge. The instruction booklet states to use it, charge it, repeat so the battery will build up the ability to hold a longer charge. The booklet also states you can get about 11 hours of use from a full charge. I'm only getting about 5 blocks and it goes dead... leaving me to use my cell phone to call for a pick up and ride home. The battery is NOT getting stronger I've requested a replacement battery. No reply. I've requested a call back x 3. No reply. If you reply to the email they send when they confirm receiving your order and taking your money, you cannot reply to the email. It is a NO REPLY email. . I've been calling and leaving messages, as well as, using their CHAT system. NO REPLY. Now, it's been more than 15 days so they are doing nothing for me. No customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.Review fromRonald B

1 starI bought a folding scooter from Scooter super Market. Receive it on 1/3/2024, it is missing a spring which keeps it extended or compacted and the back fenders has plastic broken. I called customer service the only time they have answered. They gave me the number for the parts department. Called left parts a message finally 2 days later they called me back on 1/5/2024, said parts would be shipped on 1/8/2024. I have never received the parts cant get parts or customer service on the phone. It appears the company only cares about selling a product no customer service. Would nott recommend doing business with this company would give it no stars if it would let meReview fromGary C

1 starI ordered a Deluxe Apollo Mobility scooter for $549.00 on Jan 22, 2024 , received the order on Jan 30,2024. I unpacked the box to see that the left rear tire of the scooter was broken . I called the scooter supermarket on Jan 30,2024 six times, their toll free number and each time I got a recording to leave my name and phone number and they would get back to me as soon as possible. I called Scooter Supermarket on Jan 31, Feb 1 and Feb 2, six times each of those days and still got the same recording to leave my name and phone number and they would get back with me soon as possible and as of this date Feb 2,2024 I have not heard a word from Scooter Supermarket. I also called E Wheels Service about my Deluxe Apollo Mobility Scooter on Jan 30,2024 and did not get any return calls, then after I posted on **** **** some pictures of the broken wheel I got a Email from e wheelsdealers.com that they tried to call me back about my scooter damage but could not reach me at that time. I sent them pictures of the damaged wheel and they told me that they would ship out a new wheel right away. As of this date Feb 2 , 2024 I have not received the new wheel or received any calls from Scooter Supermarket.Review fromFiona C.

1 starI purchased a scooter from these people which was defective; It had only one speed-FAST. I contacted the Scooter Supermarket which is only an online vendor. They order the merchandise directly from CHINA which arrives without an invoice, bill, receipt or any paperwork. I dealt repeatedly with Scooter Supermarket who persisted in insisting that the scooter was not defective despite the fact that they could not see/experience it. I was told that I would have to ship the scooter back to CHINA at my expense, or ship it to an unknown address at my expense and also pay $250.00 for a restocking fee! I appealed this to my bank and received a full refund of $1,348.00. THREE MONTHS LATER, the bank reversed the decision and refunded the $1,348.00 to the Scooter Supermarket based on whatever the pack of lies they told my bank. My back told me that they would not take the money from my account until I would be able to see what S.S. had written. This turned out to not be true' The bank refunded the monies to Scooter Supermarket based on falsifications. I seem to have no recourse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ONLINE BUNCH OF SCAMMERSReview fromJim B

1 starI was told that the scooter would be fully charged and operational upon delivery. It was NOT. The lights worked. It took the full 8 hours to charge. I used it for less than 30 minutes over the course of two days. Now it is dead and will NOT take a charge. I made a call to the 800 number and that rep had the manufacturer call me. The new batteries are on their way. Scooter Supermarket sent me a brand new scooter and it will not work! I purchased this item in good faith and it is sitting in the garage gathering dust while we wait for new batteries for a brand new scooter. I do not have the dexterity to install different batteries. OH, another customer had a similar problem and they shipped the wrong batteries to her. This is a nightmare. The star rating should include a Zero.Review fromlowell c
