    TERRIBLE to deal with!!! We sent in required paper Work and then told it was Never received. Never spoke To the same person, calls not Returned, asked for medical Info and told not signed by Dr and had to do another dr Appt and co pay After nurse visits and. 6 momths Told the service we asked for was NOT COVERED!
