    I purchased 2 backboards for my church's basketball court on this company's website on December 22nd. They advertised free shipping and my order when placed indicated shipping would be free. on Dec 27th I received an email that shipping costs would be ****** and they would not ship my order until I paid for shipping. When I called the company they told me they had a mistake on their end on the free shipping offer as well as telling me the price they charged me was too low. They basically acted as if I should be happy to pay the shipping charge and get ,my items. In my eyes their mistake should be theirs to resolve and not try to charge me for it.

    The date i purchased the product was 10/5/23.The amount of money i had paid for my product was $51.05.I had bought a push up board from their company on their website.They claimed that they would deliver my product within 5-7 business days, it has been nearly over a whole month now, i decided to contact them but theyve only replied back to me once using their automated programmed machine asking what was my order number, but they never replied back after that so i demanded a refund which of course they didnt respond back to either, they have a AI messaging system in their website that claimed they would get in touch with me via email or message but they never contacted me back once which shows theyre neglecting to even contact me back at all. Not only that but the product i purchased was never even shipped at all, ive been tracking the package i purchased and it shows it hasnt even gone through the process of being sent.The business has not tried at all to resolve my problem even after ive attempted multiple times to get into contact with them.Order #**** is my order number.I heard about this product from a advertisement from their social media account in the past more specifically its companies Instagram account. I just recently looked through the comment sections of their posts to see if anyone else was reporting the same issues i was going through and i saw many others have also been commenting the same issues as i have, it seems the company has been neglecting their clients and have been stealing their money as well.This is their companies Instagram page ********************************************************** i noticed is that when i purchased the product it says my order will be sent from *******, ******** rather than where the website claims the company is at. Just wanted to point this out.
